NWP – Wilkesboro BACK, Bowman’s Return, Bubba Controversies, Biggest Day In Motorsports, and MORE!!!

Whoa DannyB I don’t think I’ve ever seen you this heated since you started NWP, I normally get it from the other 3 at times, But I wonder why! I think I do know why. Oh yeah it happened to be about Bubba, and I agree on some parts, first I do think partly and I do kind of think NASCAR themse1lves was partly responsible for lots of things like ruining Bubba Wallace’s life and I am not defending or supporting Bubba either as I am not completely as I have every right to as you guys said, but lets not forget he went to do shows like Don Lemon, first take, and The View places that NASCAR is not talked about to not at all, and went there and doubled down on it, and egged it on, and I didn’t like it, and made me not like the guy even more that’s largely why I don’t like him still and it has nothing to do with race, I don’t even buy his cars whenever I do go to the store and look for new Lionel NASCAR Authentics, look I don’t like what happened, I don’t like the guy, I’ve said that already but I could be wrong and maybe nothing does happen, but they are Investigating it, and they’ll find out who did if its true, and I didn’t like the middle finger gesture he made before being interviewed by Jaime Little, it was no question it was bad and I agree immature, dumb and stupid I agree mainly with Eric on that and the rest of you fellas touched on that, and NASCAR did nothing in my opinion they should have done something, like fining him some money for it, I had this earlier today and I know I saw Daniel Kriete actually respond back to me and let’s kindly say I didn’t really agree with it, I did appreciate him responding back to me he’s done it before, I know one of you guys did last year, and I sort did a mini trolling on you, and think about this guys and you should remember gentlemen and anyone who’s listening to me comment, it was NASCAR who in large part screwed themselves in the foot for what they did after TALLADEGA 2020 and not being truthful, They jumped the gun NASCAR themselves JUMPED The GUN and when they blew the investigation and send the FBI and they found nothing, Everybody knew that, and blew it. 3 years later I don’t forgive NASCAR for that It was there worst PR moment and I’ve hammered them for it, and you guys touched on it. I know yes fans boo Bubba, I’ve booed Bubba, its hard to keep civil about it. There is a lot of reasons why I’ve booed Bubba myself, there is a lot of reasons why I don’t like the guy. Its fair to boo him, yes ITs Sports like you said, I mean personality yes don’t like, the driver itself not great, Only won two races since 2017 in all of NASCAR too, that’s fair to boo him for that too, he drives a Toyota that’s fair, he races for Michael Jordan, the guy made NASCAR get woke, after what they did during the summer of 20, and he did and he’s woke like heck, that’s part of it too, that’s a large part of it there’s lot of reasons, he can be arrogant as i’ve put it, I’ve booed him for his politics especially publicly supporting a group I strongly don’t like, I think you know which one and he drove a car with it’s logos and I told my Grandma please don’t get me that car I didn’t want it at all, it was too political and too divisive, I didn’t get it, it was like the first time I ever personally said I didn’t want a Lionel car because it was just super controversial, and he did it more than most drivers on that too, and especially in 2020 and I was a little mad and asking myself is there anything that’s not political! And he made NASCAR get political and do things I didn’t agree with, period. And back to Bubba I mean he can act like a heel to use a wrestling term as you guys touched on, and you know me often than not I don’t root for heels, he can be a scumbag, he can be a lot of things it is why I don’t view him favorably when compared to other drivers or most of them, Its why I have said he’s my least favorite driver that well, I have gone after lots of people for various things, I’ve gone after NASCAR for lots of things. Its partly I like the older NASCAR not the current version. Its why I prefer to try and watch older races, Cause I do like trying to find those not to old though, and I do think people like those in NASCAR partly and largely ruined his life. I mean when we had Talladega nobody saw this not Bob, Not Jeff, they weren’t in there, and those folks within NASCAR let that out, and people within media did too, but someone worked then at the time what was RPM now Legacy MC. and we all weren’t happy with Bubba for lots of reasons. It turned into a major news story, everyone was talking NASCAR but not for right reasons, I criticized Bubba and I have criticized NASCAR themselves, I have criticized Steve Phelps, I have criticized Steve O Donnell, I mainly criticized Phelps I am not a Steve Phelps fan cause he was the one who said were gonna kick out the fan out of the sport if we find that fan and again nothing happened, except sending 15 FBI agents and they found nothing I don’t believe NASCAR did that and its almost so bad what NASCAR themselves did at Talladega in 2020, and the whole situation with Bubba and what occurred there after ruined what had been a great race with a photo finish, and 57 Lead Changes there most lead changes we saw in NASCAR since 2011 and most at the time in the Gen 6 era. and all this crap and everything else ruined what had been a great race. But the whole thing made ponder if I wanted to watch NASCAR again. I still think they haven’t recovered since that day image wise and ask me why the ratings have been bad since 2020 for most races. But on a side note a much lighter note who did you guys put by the way on your NASCAR greatest cup series drivers of all-time top 75 that your doing until August so who did you guys add today to your lists. and I don’t think also amazon possibly going to be with NASCAR would be not a good idea mainly the Xfinity series if they do that fans won’t like that if they do streaming. It would a big mistake and could mean one less race to watch during the weekend. I still don’t know if they’re gonna go streaming, and it could hurt them badly, I don’t want to wait until like Tuesday to find out who won the race. That could make me frustrated if they go there, I don’t want to have to rely on Youtube or MRN to find it.
