can we talk about how Eric literally got a private tour but the one and only Bill Elliott
It was hard not to geek out lol
Rare!!
Wait until he does a guest spot on TV from the pits!
very lucky indeed, i built a several thousand dollar exhibit for that museum and never even got to meet him. his wife then decided they needed the space for something else and returned it thru the mail trashed.
@Eric Estepp That’s honestly what struck me, you seem so relaxed and just making low key conversation. That’s dope man
Nice to see part of where you’ve been travelling! Hope we can see some of the roush stuff
Coming very soon!
Its crazy that you have such a huge impact on nascar nice job eric!
As a chase Elliott fan… THIS WAS AMAZING!
Dad=Ford/dodge son = Chevy
The best NASCAR content on YouTube. Period. Still wondering how he managed to get a PRIVATE tour with Bill
Yeah, I watch this dude before RaceHub.
I’m sure that was somewhat set up
Does it really matter? He is sharing this content with all of us. I’m glad there are guys like Erik doing this kind of thing. Some people may never ever be able to make it to these places. Plus, we’re getting these stories directly from the source
From stop-motions to now this! It truly is remarkable seeing how much you’ve grown over the years Eric!
Wow… one of my favorites!! This was awesome to watch!! Thx Bill and Eric!
Bill is an legend in not only NASCAR but in Georgia sports in general as well.
Love this video. Bill Elliott is the reason I became a NASCAR fan all the way back in 1984.
great job eric. to me the elliot story is so “awesome” because his brother built the engines.
That was awesome Eric, thanks for posting! As a Bill and Chase fan, that is on my bucket list to visit.
This just became a bucket list item for me and my Dad. So awesome!
Awesome video, Eric! Chase Elliott fan now but loved watching his dad Bill back in the 90’s and 2000’s. Got to visit the Georgia Racing Hall of Fame and the Dawsonville Pool Room a few months after Chase won the championship. Love hearing the racing stories from Bill Elliott and David Sosebee!
Eric, your channel’s content is going parabolic! Keep up the fantastic work, every video has me excited to see your take.
This is incredible I smiled ear to ear watching the whole time. I love listening to legends talk
My Bill Elliot story. My Sis in law was working security at the ’18 Kansas playoff race. Chase goes to victory lane. Bill was approaching victory lane on foot and ran into my Sis in law. Instead of name dropping himself, he humbly said “I’m the winner’s Daddy.” To which she replied “I know who you are, Mr. Elliott.” A gentle “Thank you” from Bill and the story was over. I just have always thought that was so cool on his part.
Took a family trip last December, it’s definitely bigger than it looks from the outside. Super cool place full of racing history. Not only is it full of Elliott racing history but everyone who has played a major roll in Georgia racing. Highly recommend going.
Bill was bringing lunch to Cindy when we were there.
