Everything that goes against Denny’s way lives rent-free in his head. The immaturity of Denny Hamlin is astounding and unfortunate.

I mean I just feel like this was such a minor incident to incur a penalty the dude slid up the track and put a guy in the wall and put himself in the wall to I think that this is self policing the penalty is the positions he lost

Nascar did say they were looking into what Denny said on his podcast about the wreck. Idk what that’s gonna mean but Denny is so bad anymore. He’s the biggest baby in nascar. Boo hoo he took two tires and everyone had 4 around him. Just drive people in the wall

@Big Hand I can too but like what is Denny accomplishing by putting Ross in the wall there? Lost over 10 spots bc Ross lives rent free in his head. Gateway was dennys fault like you can’t block for 15 laps and expect to not get moved. Atlanta was on Ross. The clash was just the clash he shouldn’t be pissed about that. This was just a sad move by Denny

Hamlin will never recover mentally from that Hail Melon move. He was heading to the final race, and then….he sees Chastain pass him just as he was approaching the finish line. Then Chastain went on to finish 2nd in the final race. Ouch. Denny done been spanked and he won’t be able to sit down for a week. Now, we see this, and he actually admits it. NASCAR needs to take action here. Rule 1 is learn to wreck someone without wrecking yourself. Rule 2 is never admit directly it was on purpose.
I’m remember Denny’s rivalry with Brad back in the Nationwide Series. Denny never came out well in that one either.
Denny never does if you remember he tried the same thing against chase in elloit was in the 24 also and it basically ended after chase got back into him at phoenix and blew a tire and smacked the wall

Even Harvick got suspended for saying he would take out Coy Gibbs in the Truck Race at Martinsville in 2002 on the radio and did it
Thing is I’m pretty sure his motive was in no way intended to help his team

Difference is harvick let it go after he hit the wall
He tries to only get Chastain in a wreck, not a bunch of other innocent drivers. I believe that is why Hamlin’s says he is “calculated”, because he chooses a moment where it will only affect Chastain.
@AbuzzGrain124 yeah how did that work out for Harvick at Pocono? Maybe that one wasn’t 100% calculated but the only other time we saw some sore of measure of revenge, it did affect innocent drivers.
@BDeLuca4444 I think that’s why he wants to be smarter and more “calculated” with his decisions to get revenge, because he already affected one innocent driver

The only thing I’m surprised about is that Hamlin admitted that it was intentional. Usually drivers stay quiet about wrecking someone because they could be penalized. I wouldn’t be surprised if he gets penalized today or tomorrow based on past precedent.

I have a feeling that the rivalry will continue. Whether Ross or Denny will start it again. Honestly, what Denny did to Ross and himself at Phoenix is kinda pathetic. Apparently, Ross is playing psychological games with Denny so well that Denny can’t get him out of his mind.
There was literally no reason for him to ruin a perfectly good run on Chastain. He clearly needs to get his priorities in order.

Can you talk about increase in one race title sponsors/ liveries in one of the upcoming videos? Really interested to get your take on it. I understand the teams have to take what they can get but it feels weird seeing some of the top guys in different paint schemes each week. Sure having one livery a whole season can get boring but it’s also a recognizable brand.
Think about Dale Sr, Dale Jr, Jeff Gordon, Jimmie Johnson, you knew what car to look for every week
