Idk. The 9 was pretty bad on the setup and was still ahead of Larson for a good while until Larson’s team popped the hood and made changes. Just seems like the 9 team really isn’t anywhere close to being a championship contender unlike the 5 and 24 that have bad races but still find ways to finish up front
@Joshua Pittman I like Corey, but I think he was the main reason for their lackluster performance.
This won’t be the last time we see him in a cup car this year I guarantee it.

Carson definitely deserves more opportunities. This man drove Lajois car better then he usually does and out performed Lajoie while in Chase #9!!! Sucks his rotor blew he was on the way to a good finish
Hopefully he gets the #8 JR Motorsports car full time, he deserves it an actual talented driver, but our luck it would be Jack Wood, Chase Purdy, or Rajah Caruth running 20th every week
