Nascar penalizing LMC. Beating a dead horse at this point. 2024 could not come soon enough for that team.

It’s extremely sad when their legacy is currently Epic Fail.

Fun Fact: Over 4/5 of the season a team or driver has been penalized for a reason or another, slightly over half of the field hasn’t been penalized yet

I am loving that NASCAR is holding their own at Le Mans, even if it is exhibition class.

I love how everybody loves nascar in Le mans. They like the nascar stock car more than nascar fans like it. NASCAR fans complain about the sound and everybody else is like wow that’s the best sounding car ever.

The new cars sound great, I have no problem with the sound, they sound better, louder in fact, but they need MORE POWER!!!! (insert Tim Allen grunt here)

Reply
Daniel Chai June 8, 2023 at 12:08 am

@poly cube I mean yeah more power is great but they have plenty of power already. I’m not gonna go begging for it.

Chase will never apologize for anything at the track. It is a conscious decision. He has always been that way. I sure like watching him race though.

Let us not forget he drives for the great Ricky h Rick h the god of NASCAR and he also drives with the last name of Elliot which is nepotism that drives him he’ll make the playoffs Mr h and NASCAR will make sure of that hey sisk truck I just wrecked Hendrix I can’t stand that bunch take their money away and we’ll see how many races they win and stop there cheating honestly and see how many races they’ve won what a fiasco

Which is exactly why I’m not a fan of Chase.

I really don’t have a problem with what Chase said. Would it have been nice if he apologized? Sure. But I get it. He’s been run into a lot over the last year and a half and I just think he’s frustrated and sick of it. Unfortunately for Denny, he was the straw that broke the camel’s back.

Denny had it coming. So does Ross.

With any luck it will get penalized and disqualified …

With the technological advances in the last several decades, the cars HAVE to have more rules and be more spec. These teams are smart enough that it would turn into F1 if nascar didn’t reign it in.

I love that the teams will always look for an advantage though. That’s part of nascar and they’ll always do it. I love both sides of the game. You have to have both to get the best racing.

NASCAR: The sport where you have to wait until Wednesday to find out what really happened on the preceding Sunday.

It’s strange how they’ve admitted in the past that it was bad for the sport to have that happen and were actively making changes to prevent that. Seems like they decided that didn’t matter anymore and to go all-in on changes after the event.

I love this wave of drivers from other disciplines of racing looking at NASCAR and saying “This looks really fun”

Reply
Bill Phillips June 7, 2023 at 9:04 pm

He was suspended. No apology is needed. Everyone needs to move on. Paybacks have been in racing forever.

Reply
William Branham June 8, 2023 at 12:46 am

Chase’s philosophy or strategy is this: I didn’t do anything wrong so I can’t apologize. Pretty simple.

Kobiyashi is a monster behind the wheel I look forward to seeing him in a nascar. I’ve seen just how good he is when he won 2 or 3 Daytona 24’s in a row

Michael Sanderson June 8, 2023 at 7:11 am

He was also a very capable F1 driver. Obviously not quite as good as Jenson or Kimi but he certainly had more to offer than what he got to show and has proven that in his post-F1 career
