The DoorDash 250 was a very clean race. The race ended with only two cautions and a few spin-outs but no major wrecks. Kyle Larson came out blazing and got the clean sweep and won Stages 1 and 2. Larson was able to lead most of the race but as the race dwindled down, Aric Almirola was able to steal first place. Aric and Kyle battled things out with Larson trying his best to get the lead back, but in his effort to get the lead, he took a wide turn with eight laps to go and fell to third place with A. J. Allmendinger taking second place. Aric Almirola was able to hold off Allmendinger and Larson to capture the big upset win at the DoorDash 250 at Sonoma Raceway.

Great to see Almirola back in victory lane
Hopefully this transfers and the results are the same for Sunday!
This is the only race he’ll win all year
@Samuel Wiltshire and it’s still more than you’ve ever won.
@J Syder same for you
I LOST MY 1ST XFINITY RACE AT SONOMA

Why are you repeat yourself
Larson losing saved this race after boring the $hit out of it
Lol, you must not watch formula 1 because Max wins every race without any challenge.
Horrible highlight package. You didn’t even show us the final restart or how the lead change happened.
It’s like they try to put out a horrible “highlights” video!
Go to NASCARs official YouTube channel, there is a better highlights video 🙂
It’s every week with every series. But hey at least they showed the command to start engines!
They need to tighten up
Chastain really can not help himself, can he?
hes not a very smart man Jenayyy
Really don’t show how the lead change happened?
*Someone dominates race, late caution, minor mistake, loses race* seems to be common
Loved the stageless racing nostalgic
Ok. Serious question. I thought Nascar was the race that went in circles a million time, is this a regular nascar track?
I’m a catlr enthusiast mostly in the JDM& Italian market. I work on japanese cars& love Italian. So, as far as competitive car racing goes I’m really into drifting, drag, rally & street. So I’ve never really paid attention to like nascar & formula.
Yes it is. Nascar has a handful of road courses they run a year and they actually used to only run a road course 2 times a year but now they have the handful I mentioned earlier.
@Noah Pyke which is a good thing. The veriety makes it exciting and it helps against dulling out the sport with the same thing all the time.
Edit: spelling
there are a total of 6 road courses on the cup series calendar. not sure about the rest tho.
They also raced a road course in Portland recently. Which is new to me. This year has a few surprises as far as locations go. I’m used to the standard schedule they had when I watched a decade ago.
@uncrownedoak I saw that they were in Portland. I’m in Portland and I thought it was odd. I was like PIR isn’t a giant circle. So when I saw this it really made me second guess myself. Lol
Hooe he can do it in the cup race!! Needs a win to get in the playoffs!!
not surprised chastain wrecked someone but i am surprised he’s doing it in the xfinity
1:50 For people who can’t find it.
Was Stetson DoorDash Bennett there?
Two in a row for SHR!
FORD!!
How can Chastain intentionally cause all these wrecks and not get suspended or fined but others get suspended?
