He’s contracted to race in Australia next year. He’s out of contract in 2025

It was a great race I just hate how this win was taken away from someone who probably will compete for a championship or might miss the playoffs because of this one off race this guy did

Wasn’t the car, the driver and technique won it, SVG and all the drivers in Aussie supercar series drive using the old school heel and toe technique, none of the nascar drivers use it, that is how SVG was able to brake later and pass easily as h&t reduces wheel hop on downshifting. I bet your drivers practice it a lot in your off season to use on road and street courses next year and you will see more clean passing and less wrecking

Now imagine how much better and faster Shane could be if they were allowed to cater to his dominant side and custom built a car for him with a right hand side steering wheel with stick shift on his left side? he would have been more beast and at the very least another couple of seconds faster. Not to mention he said it himself he ”left a lot on the table” as he wasn’t fully comfortable with the brake pedal set up as well as other aspects of the car he couldn’t have as he would have wanted.

LOL, fantasy land , you race what they race, giz has always been adaptable to any car, the rally car he won in last year was LH drive and so are some of the GT cars he drove. The IMSA cars he drove are centre cockpit
