Carson Hocevar made a driver error/mistake, misjudging if he was clear or not, that was not intentional. I’m sure that he did not mean to cause everybody to crash.
even if he didnt mean to do it,Hocevar is still at fault for that. if he gets a cup ride next year,than it would be a disgrace to the sport.
