If Kyle decides to dump Denny at the upcoming race he should say “I didn’t touch him”.
And if he does he’ll want him suspended immediately
That would be genius
Kyle for the most part doesn’t race like that. He’s a great racer with talent and poise. And he has a wife whom shotguns beer! Got to love that
Yes, Wait until the Playoffs
What a lot of denny fans seemingly fail to realize is that the reason most people are upset here is not because it was Larson who got shafted – its because Denny has been running his mouth on social media, his podcast, and in interviews about a lack of respect on track, then he goes and shows a lack of respect on track. It completely destroys any credibility his (honestly valid) criticisms were
Rules for thee, but not for me
Its Just Next Gen Racing, just like how we veteran fans like it.
I just feel bad for anyone who has wasted any time listening to Denny speak
@81casperflip haha. Im a Hamlin fan and what a lot of Larson and Hendrick fans don’t realize is that we are back to 1980s 1990s style of racing.
Perfect example… days before the spring Richmond race he talked about a lack of respect, than goes and wreck Yelley .
If Denny ever wonders why the majority of Nascar fans can’t stand him, I’ll point to this episode of Actions Hypocritical as a glaring reason why. What a clown.
I don’t mind what Hamlin did but he clearly hit Larson and should own it
Exactly what I’m saying
I’m a fan of Larson. I think Kansas was different but Pocono I don’t see contact lol.
Larson shoulda used the room that he very clearly had
No he didn’t, prove it, show me the marks
You know I don’t even hate Hamlin (and I’m speaking as an HMS/Byron/Gordon fan), but my respect for him is dwindling with each comment he makes about this situation.
And the boos only get bigger
He is a hypocrite. If Ross does it he is whining about it. If it’s him it’s hard racing.
Denny is one of the biggest hypocrites in the Cup Series
Kyle Larson*
@Jake Dodson
How is Larson a hypocrite ya choad ?
So is Kyle Larson
@douglasyoung6114 Darlington between him and Ross, Las Vegas him and Bubba, his dirt racing where he does the same thing. Larson vs Elliot in California.
@the u.s. leadership are liars
Yup
That’s what i thought
You got Nothing notta zilch 0
Dennis reminds me of my pathological liar ex gf. She would tell a lie so many times that she was convinced it was real. That’s exactly what Dennis does. He had Gabehart and his spotter telling him he didn’t touch.. So Dennis believes it and keeps repeating the lie. I’m more annoyed by the fact that he thinks the millions who watched it live are stupid. I don’t even care Dennis won. It’s just his smug, narcissistic, “I’m the victim” attitude
I agree, and this is also why I don’t like Bubba Wallace. Own up to it and admit you were wrong, don’t double down on the BS!
Exactly! I despise cocky attitudes!
@Jayanna Kelley same reason I can’t stand AD
This is probably going to be a controversial comment here, but I still want to say my opinion.
I think the Dirty Mo Media guys said it best. If Larson doesn’t strike back against Hamlin, then more and more people are going to run him over. I understand he’s probably on thin ice, considering he did say something inappropriate a few years ago that almost ended his career entirely, but if he doesn’t stand up for himself, and dump Hamlin at the first opportunity, so everyone else knows that he isn’t a pushover, then what happened on Sunday, will continue to happen.
I don’t appreciate Hamlin’s arrogance, almost child-like immaturity when it comes to dealing with situations like this, and denial that he never does anything wrong. He’s like Robby Gordon. He never takes responsibility for his actions, and always finds a way to deflect blame off of himself, and onto others. That’s not right.
Hamlin is a bully who needs to be put in his place, and Larson needs to fight back now, before this starts becoming an even bigger problem. Larson clearly knows that Hamlin did it on purpose, and that he should accept consequences. I hope Larson does do something about this to prevent this from happening to any other driver in the foreseeable future.
Come to think of it, he’s done this before. Him vs Danica at Daytona back in 2015, and he didn’t apologize then either. He denied it right to her face, and then had the nerve to say she came down onto him, when he clearly touched her.
He’s the TRUE hack of nascar.
Remember Martinsville 2017. Hamlin Wrecked Elliott for the lead and said he lifted early then he said he got pushed into him when the next car was 3 car lengths back? Elliott gets revenge and Hamlin cries about it.
Hell he pulled the same move last year on ross at the same track at the same turn on a restart. He knew how to pull it off and get away with it.
Goes from being completely Logical straight to Larson hate. Typical.
Bullshit what he said a few years ago has nothing to do with this and in my opinion it’s the smartest word he ever said he got a ride at Hendrick and already has a championship but he does need to dump Denny
Denny needs to hope that he makes the championship 4 with the 9 and 5. If either of those two aren’t in the championship 4 and somehow Hamlin wins, then the 5 and 9 will always be soft.
And Hamlin wonders why he doesn’t have a championship. This is why, when playoff season starts his “extra points” from Sunday won’t matter when he is facing backwards in an elimination race.
Wait what? He doesn’t have a championship because of something that will happen in the future? He doesn’t have a championship because either he or his pit crew choke it away every year.
If he had 5 extra points last year he would have made the final 4. That being said JGR was average at Phx so it may not have mattered anyways.
People don’t like Denny Hamlin because he is such a hypocrite.
Honestly. Tyler Reddick deserves a better boss
Yeah Bubba Wallace too
And then they never say why he is, just some bs speculation about how they think he WOULD act in X situation that supposedly damns him.
@Mag1c Man because of situations like Richmond where he goes on about drivers not racing each other with respect and then he goes on track and wrecks Yeley for 32nd.
And Larsons not? Hendrick aren’t?
Kyle is so chill and doesn’t seem to get or at least stay upset long at all… Drives me crazy lol but I guess it serves him well
I hope the championship or a transfer spot comes down to these two and i hope Kyle fences him
3:25 you got it 100% Eric, he drove up into Kyle’s lane, contact or not (there was) Denny should be the one lifting, he did not have position, his own teammate said it was dirty
Facts and the he goes and says Kyle should’ve lifted.
Worst part about it, nobody will do anything to put these kind of moves in check. Drivers are so soft nowadays, especially Larson. He literally let a guy turn him into the wall and then get out and assault him and he just stood there… and if you can just be a bully and get away with it, guys like Hamlin will thrive
Larson said he’ll never fight anybody. That’s why he let himself get pushed over by Bubba…
larson wont do anything physically. larson i think will use his bumper or put someone in wall. he has gotten to that point
Well Elliott tried to in the 600 and got suspended…..so this is on NASCAR for being soft and not allowing drivers to stand up for themselves anymore
I totally agree with you
Is Denny also selling t-shirts that say “Yes, I will never be a champion”? Hamlin is a big proponent of waiting until it counts the most to get payback. I hope Larson follows that advice. This week’s race is at Richmond Raceway 20, miles from Denny’s hometown. It’s going to be hilarious when 90% of the crowd boos like crazy and gives him the middle finger.
Hamlin showed everybody his true lack of character at Martinsville in 2017. After plowing Elliott into the wall in the final laps he swore he was pushed into him and couldn’t help it. When replays showed about 20 feet of open space between him and the next car he still refused any responsibility. Not one ounce of humility or dignity in this guy.
Hell go back to Martinsville 2016 when he whined like hell on the radio about Johnson and Knaus when Johnson did nothing but drive him clean and Hamlin couldn’t get past. He put the bumper to Johnson after Johnson never touched him. Johnson passed him clean later for the lead and went on to win the race and the championship. I was never a Hamlin fan, but outside of the issues with Logano at Bristol in 2013, this was the moment where I saw Hamlin was nothing more than a big crybaby and hypocrite.
Out of curiosity, why didn’t you add Larson’s comments on him saying he looked at the data and the data shows that he is completely off the throttle right after Denny hits him
I hope Kyle saves those paybacks for the playoffs!!
I really hope but Kyle doesn’t have the balls he is too soft.
It’s not that it was a dirty move or that it was Larson… it’s that if you put Chastain inside of Hamlin in that spot and run through the exact same scenario we saw on Sunday, he’d be on his podcast wringing his hands crying about a lack of respect in the garage.
Spot on
