Man these flashbacks radioactive is insane! It really shows how much archive nascar has! What would be cool is onboards and in car camera onboards from the past as well. I don’t know how far back onboards and in car have been in nascar but this video proves they have a solid archive of a few drivers and sample onboards through their career.

The AMC Matador pace car looks comical in front of the field. I started going to MIS in 1974 so this brings back a lot of fun
memories.
It’s a Pacer I think not a Matador.. Matadors looked a bit less like an aquarium with wheels

1976?! Makes you wonder how far back in NASCAR’s history they have archived radio for.
I think it’s sad that Nascar has more content available from a 1976 NASCAR race, then the 2010 Bristol Night Race.
Nascar is sitting on a goldmine. All the footage of the classic races, make a simulator that envelopes older times as a main attraction… I’d go for that.
I’d pay for a new NASCAR game where you can play with different fields from different eras.
