Hailie Deegan did a fantastic job it just shows she is a good racer the truck series is holding her back and its not a good series hopefully this will help her to find a full time xfinity ride for 2024
Either that or she is just meant to be a dirt track racer & there is nothing wrong with that. But you could also be right about trucks holding her back.

• Great job to Tony, he was dominant all night hand in the end he got it done
• Absolute hell of a run for Deegan especially in the backup car
• Newman put up a good fight as well and has overall done a really good job this season
• Respect to Ron Capps for attempting to finish the race

So Deegan for the first time ALL year finally exceeded expectations. One race won’t convince me but if she “improves” in trucks instead of running mid-pack then maybe I’ll take her more seriously. Or she’s more of a dirt tracker.
