How is a 19th place finish in the truck series with a mid equipment bad…his first oval start in NASCAR ever. Never ran IRP ever. A top 20 is a good start. He will get better. He’s a champion driver where he comes from.
I mean the dude is good at street courses but honestly why would he be good anywhere else?
Look at his resume and think about why that’s a stupid question
His performance tonight was mid…but Niece has been awful this year besides Hocevar. Chastain has sucked in that truck this year, too.
People in the comments have to realize this guy has NEVER raced on a NASCAR oval in his life, so running almost top 20 is a big achievement
But you guys raved and raved when he won Chiargo, so please keep it all in perspective he started 22 and came 20 something
