NASCAR’s future at Indianapolis is very interesting. I think Trucks/Xfinity at IRP, and Cup only at Indy oval is best. I don’t know if IRP is possible for Cup but it’d be nice to see Iowa and Milwaukee on the schedule.

There is no way NASCAR is racing at IRP when they could be going to IMS.

@Dexter Hochstetler I agree but many fans have wanted IRP over IMS on the NASCAR schedule for years. I’d like to see the Brickyard 400 return.

My thoughts for Indy for the future. Send Xfinity back to IRP, only Cup on the Indy Oval. Then, make the Brickyard 400 the July 4th race. And I mean have the Brickyard 400 on July 4th, not July 4th weekend, on the 4th. Like the Firecracker 400 used to be.
