Congrats to Michael, well deserved, no surprise he was strong as he was. It’s gonna be win or bust for Chase at the Glen, he’s a good superspeedway racer but I don’t think he can rely on Daytona for a win, Logano said it best: “You have a 50/50 chance of either winning the race or finishing the race”
That’s probably one of the burnouts of the year right here! I mean, at the end I thought I heard a tire pop!

this past few weeks have been underdog wins, awesome to see McDowell in victory lane, knew it would happen
Also 3 ford wins in a row too. McDowell dominated today and deservingly won. As for Buescher I think he’s slowly going from underdog to possible future rising star

Always great to see an underdog get a win. And unlike so many others, he will never be a “one-hit-wonder” Daytona 500 winner.
Although to be fair if I had to win one race I want it to be the Daytona 500
