Well, after hearing this news about Austin Hill signing a multi-year extension to remain with Richard Childress Racing as him being back behind the wheel of the #21 car in the Xfinity Series next season, I have mixed feelings about this news because while there’s a part of me that’s happy about this, I figured that Austin would be the guy that was going to take over the #31 car at Kaulig Racing in the Cup Series next year, but I guess the reason Austin resigned with RCR is because they want to keep him in the fold and prepare him for a Cup ride in the near-future. All-in-all, in the end, while I wonder who will take over the #31 car at Kaulig next year, I look forward to seeing how Austin will fare as he does a 3rd year in the Xfinity Series next year for RCR, so go get ’em, Austin!
