Man I was on the edge of my seat rooting for that 43 to pull off the win, but it is refreshing to see Legacy finally starting to thrive!
Same haven’t been that hyped for any kind of tv event in years
same
My heart was pounding, I so badly want to Eric Jones win, but of course, Logono ruins everything, I’m happy for Reddick, but damn it would’ve been so cool if Eric won.
First top 5 for Legacy Motor Club.
@CheesyGoblinLogano DOES ruin everything
I would like to mention Gilliland and Buescher were having good days until restart chicanery for Gilliland and the tire issue for Buescher
Huge Shoutout to Carson Hocevar really impressing with a 20th place finish and all SHR cars in the top 20!
This was a pretty solid race. I’d give it a 8.5/10
I hate that Truex and Bubba especially had a case of i think bad luck, cause they ran over something with their tire and thats how it blew I believe.
I can’t wait for Bristol Next week. That is going to be a fun one.
P.S Kaulig will have their lineup set for next week on the cup side so watch out for that.
@Derron Dixon check X I don’t think so lol
@JackCallSports top 20 in all of his races is just faster then some drivers like Ty Dillion and Hocevar isn’t even full time.
OH MY GOD YOUTUBE STOP
Check Hocevar likes
How many times this season is Joey Logano gonna run 13th-18th all race and finish top 5 with 5 to go?
Strategy
Great call by Wolfie.
2 championships, always finishing better than his equipment. I think he’s the new “closer”.
I wish Blaney did the same thing. His pit crew lost him 5+ spots every cycle.
@ZeldaRacer Agreed. Blaney’s recent speed+Paul Wolff’s strategy calls would be great.
If Truex misses this is the biggest collapse since Harvick in 2020
Not a collapse. Being screwed by the playoffs
@Hunter NixonFishing that’s a victim mindset Martin Truex Jr could’ve avoided disaster at Darlington but didn’t. If he misses the round of 12 with all the points he has it is all on MTJ and the entire 19 team.
@Hunter NixonFishingit’s not getting screwed when everyone is playing by the same rules
@NRF Productions Really over here still defining the outcome of a 36 race season in 3 race increments. The previous 26 races mean next to nothing right now… literally just to get here and be stepped on in 2 races.
Dang what a race. If Truex is eliminated after the first round, I will be shocked
Could definitely be a possibility, it sucks if that’s the outcome. He’s getting older and I don’t know if he’s going to have more then a few more opportunities to win the championship.
I’ll be devastated if MTJ is eliminated in the Round of 16
Can’t imagine Eric’s reaction seeing his championship pick wreck and possibly be bounced in the first round…
Like last year.
I hate to say it, but I think Eric might be cursed when he picks his championship pick.
2020 he pick Harvick and got eliminated in the round of 8
2021: he pick Truex and lost to Larson in the Championship 4
2022: he pick Reddick and got eliminated in the round of 16
2023: He pick Truex against and Truex could be eliminated in the round of 16.
I do have Martin truex going to the championship four. But Busch is my championship pick.
RIP Team Truex it was one hell of a ride!
Nah dog lol
Next week he’ll be back
Shoutout to his family.
Lets see how many RocketPoweredMohawk fans there are.
@Presoso far only me and you
This is actually good race at Kansas. We’ve saw chaos on the bubble playoff drivers, messin around the drivers, passing for the lead and I’ll give a 79.9%.
Seems like Elliot and Larson don’t really get along at all. I think team Hendrick is just good at covering it up mostly.
Makes sense, Elliott got the torch passed to him from Johnson, Elliott was going to carry the Hendrick Motorsports legacy, then they signed Larson, and he somehow gets better equipment, where he’s had 16 wins since 2020, and Elliot only has 6-7 wins since 2020
@American Walmarts
Better equipment???
Ha
Just a better driver bud
@Douglas young True, Elliott spends his NASCAR season snowboarding
@American Walmarts Chase is a great driver, a good man, and one of my favorites. Kyle Larson is a better driving talent and I don’t think it’s that close. Every Hendrick team runs top equipment.
@Roger Bates it’s kind of like Jeff and Jimmie, but I want Elliott to be like Jimmie, more competitive
If MTJ gets eliminated there goes a lot of people’s championship picks
Good hahahahahah
Man he got jobbed lap 6!?! Goodyear are junk tires
If Truex gets eliminated we might have to start taking about the Eric Curse not the Darian curse
I really liked that the broadcast highlighted little teams/Hocevar and Creed’s runs with about 20 to go.
Logano is the new closer. He always finishes better than his equipment.
Could’ve also went really bad for him.
It was a crapshoot, and even he said as much.
Nah, that’ll always be harvick
Yes he does
First relevant 22 since Bobby Allison
@Rainbow WarriorI mean Kurt Busch was in the 22, so….
11:05 Correction: Kyle Busch was actually running 7th when the caution came out. He slowly kept passing cars in that long run. They took 2 tires and got to 2nd, but ended up finishing 7th anyway.
Joey has no speed but gets better finishes most races then people with speed. Not a fan but this shows why he is a 2x champion
Jones has to be top 5 talent. He was just never given much time at JGR.
With the way Jones ran today I think he’s a favorite to win Kansas next year backed by Toyota.
Shout-out to Blaney for single-handedly carrying that 12 team despite his pit crew’s mistakes week in and week out
I swear strategy always works against them no matter the call
The 12 has always had hit and misses even with Mayfield and Newman
Reddick’s pass was incredible. His commitment to the shot of momentum running up the track and managing to not wreck it shooting down into the apron was a level of driving that makes championships.
