Dale was awesome. Wish the car held up 30 more laps. Glad for him that Justin won. Helps that sting.
God I was cheer for Jr so hard, it made me so sad when he lost the motor, but hell of a race, man still a hell of a driver.

Dale Jr had a really good run until that fire ended his night. Had a chance to win that race. Who noticed that his car kinda looked like his Dad’s old blue and yellow Wrangler paint schemes?
Man, between Dale smiling ear to ear the entire interview, showing everyone just how much fun he had and that hilarious story about “smelling something and hoping it’s not me” was arguably one of my favorite post race interviews, that wasn’t the winner of the race, I’ve seen in a little while.

Exactly!!! Enough of these fake “tempers” that we see every week. Every new kid thinks they’re the next Tony Stewart or Ryan Newman but they could learn a whole sh*t ton more about this sport from Dale Jr himself
