I swear William Byron is the luckiest driver in NASCAR right now.

He’s extremely fortunate to have that much natural talent

Another win he lucked into. Don’t worry he come back to reality soon

Kharn The Betrayer September 25, 2023 at 1:11 am

Luck….. he was top 10/5 for a good portion of the race.

yeah, be able to pass 3 cars at the restart is a big luck, being the driver with the most laps led in this season is a big big luck, being the driver with the most stages win this season is a big big big luck yeah you’re right…… no talent, only luck……. come on dude find better excuses for your frustration

Congrats on William Bryon in getting the 300th win for Hendrick also a 18th years winless streek at Texas

Reply
Steve A September 25, 2023 at 1:22 am

You must be talking just for the number 24 Hendrick. JJ won this race so many times in the last 18 to 20 years I lost count

Reply
NoSoyAllowed September 25, 2023 at 3:11 am

@Steve AJeff Gordon won at Texas in 2009 so I’m not sure what the 18 years thing is?

JJ won here in 2017

Damn! Clint Bowyer really did call it. 6 dubs on the season for the 24.

Why does Larson not have any luck at the end of these close races

Reply
SlumSalem_22 September 25, 2023 at 1:44 am

Because he’s always stuck driving around morons like Wallace, Hamlin, and Chastain. Half of his DNFs this season we’re caused by someone else.

Reply
RockThoroughbred September 25, 2023 at 2:22 am

@SlumSalem_22he lost it by himself lol

Richard Murray September 25, 2023 at 12:57 am

They need to go back to 5 lug wheels.

I think there are a few drivers probably not very happy with the new tire Goodyear brought to Texas

Reply
Steve A September 25, 2023 at 3:19 am

Goodyear is the worst racing Tire on planet Earth just ask Tony Stewart. NASCAR drove Hoosier out of the marketplace in the 1990s we’ve been racing on this same crappy Goodyear tires for decades now with the exception of short-track no other major racing series on planet Earth would use Goodyear

This is one of the better races of the year imo

Anyone else think this “extended highlight reel” was seriously lacking? No explanations or replays of the numerous crashes and too much cheerleading for the 23. Way to go, William Byron!

Reply
Ashley Bennett September 25, 2023 at 2:30 am

I was just thinking this is one of the worst extended highlights I’ve seen.

Reply
tucci3tears September 25, 2023 at 6:26 am

I don’t even feel like there was any cheerleaders. But every wreck I was hoping to see a different angle and it cut to the damn restart

Reply
Ashley Bennett September 25, 2023 at 10:34 am

@Timothy Campbell exactly! Hopefully next week’s will be better.

Reply
Mark P. September 25, 2023 at 8:28 am

The world is upside down. More action at Texas than at Bristol last week.

Reply
Richard Hudson September 25, 2023 at 11:42 am

what a mile stone 300 wins in the cup series.

Papa Roger and More September 25, 2023 at 1:07 pm

I knew right from the start that there would be a Hendrick car winning this race. When you see a Hendrick car pass some one it looks like they have at least 5 to 10 more horsepower in those cars.

My Family and I were there. As they chose their lane for the the final restart I said, “What a great day for Willie B to get number 6!” And then BOOM

It should have been Bubbas race. He did a great job today.
