If Larson had the race craft and smarts as drivers like Byron, Hamlin and Kyle Busch
He would be even better than what he already is now

He gets flustered and pushs his car to far sometimes his thats why you hear his crew chief try to calm him down

Kyle Larson kinda reminds me of Tony Stewart. Though more mellow.

You don’t ask Larson to dial it back you just have to hope he figures it out but asking him to dial it back could literally change him and Jeff Gordon has said this and can we stop talking about the guy like he hasn’t won a championship and 23 career wins

Wonder what Hendrick motorsports take is on Larson results…does the continual car upkeep after wrecks vs. race earnings and advertisement net positive results over time…weird to think when the #5 primary sponsor is Hendrick themselves

There’s a lot to like about Larson. He’s fast, he’s fairly honest, but I can’t root for him because he’s a bit of a hypocrite and his knack for taking himself out is a big turn off. Whenever another driver does something like this, or makes a mistake, Larson always seems to have a few choice words, but doesn’t seem to realize or care that he does those exact same things. If you listen to Larson’s interview after Ross’s wallride last year, he goes on about how it’s dangerous and drivers shouldn’t be doing that… while he himself attempted the same maneuver a few years earlier.

when he knows he has the fastest car in the field by a mile, he always makes these silly mistakes

This is like getting mad at Steph for throwing up a ton of ridiculous 3s when he makes a good amount of them.
