You gotta have a Doctorates degree to understand Nascar’s championship system

Not really. There’s individual rounds. Win automatically moves you to the next round. If you don’t win, it goes by points. Easy to understand but a really dumb system

U are right it should never b just 4 drivers along with d points but d drivers act like they’re scared to speak up if ban 2gether all that would change n 2wks. Stop being puppets n ban 2gether

I just don’t bother explaining the championship system to my peers. They’ll forget it next week.

Pretty simple really, just win races instead of settling for 2nd or 3rd place points.

At least two of the MANY drivers Hamlin has DIRTY DOGED this year are IN THE PLAYOFFS.
That is WONDERFULL…

Did everybody notice how CLEAN Larson raced the side-winder Hammy..
Very clean, Denny would have NEVER DONE THAT…

@Donna Ingersollyeah I do agree Hamlin is dirty, but I mean he didn’t race Larson not clean either. He was a good sport didn’t blame anyone today, you see his interview, not a Hamlin fan but he was a good sport today, gotta give him credits

How do you have the No.1 pit stall and still get busted for “too fast existing”

Fabulous drive by Blaney, good fun to watch him battle Hamlin and charge to the front late

You had the best car all day and for you to win today’s race to catapult you to championship 4? Wow! #12 Ryan Blaney you now have the momentum to win the championship at Phoenix next Sunday. Let’s go boy boy!!! It’s your time!

Mike Clark October 29, 2023 at 11:49 pm

Nope, the 11 had the best car.

Let’s not EVER forget just how huge of a choke this was by the 11….

I just officially became a Ryan Blaney fan. Hell yes seeing Hamlin get eliminated made my whole year. I hope Larson gets it if not him Byron because he’s got the most wins this year out of the 4 just sayin…

I’ve never cheered for a Ford as hard as I did today. Blaney wins next week too

I’m so glad Hamlin didn’t make it! I feel for Martin Treux Jr. He has been so much this year. I am a Hendricks guy, so go Kyle or William.

Gotta love Martinsville. A yearly celebration of Ole Dennis Hamlin getting eliminated by just a few points. Of course, nothing will ever top the Hail Melon by Chastain last year, knocking a confident Hamlin out on the last lap, but this year didn’t disappoint.
That disappointed look on his face is just priceless.

Holy moly, that was an amazing save by Blaney! That was going into a heavy braking zone too, making it all the more miraculous! Mind blown. Good win 12

It’s great that two of Hendrick drivers are going for the championship!!

Hendrick winning is boring, need something new for the sport!
