Regarding the playoff discussion towards the end. if fans would stop complaining every time a race isnt a 5-star classic, NASCAR would be less likely to chase “entertainment”. The fans couldn’t even make through a full season of road courses without complaining and forcing the stage cautions back. Nothing will please everyone, its about pissing off the least amount of people, and the most vocal portion of the fanbase is incapable of making their mind up and sticking with it longer than 10 days. We get exactly what we deserve.
I’ll admit Eric I only was cheering for Texas Rangers because they were only team in playoffs without a championship and they were ranked last to win it. I wanted to see a story about a team winning a championship in their own stadium instead of 2020 where they’re stadium was used for championship due to Covid.
I’m sure Rhodes IS a lightweight… with that said , I’m also sure being dehydrated after a race … you get to where you want to , quick ..

Right on point about Carson when he right hook Gibbs laps down at Martinsville I went from thinking he was going to be a good rookie in the 77 to feeling he shouldn’t even be out of the truck series for another year cuz he totally hasn’t changed and the NASCAR veterans will put a hurting on him
