He is, just something he needed done for a while he said and it’s the off season so best time to do it.

jade has some SERIOUS talent
Makes sense, Chase still felt off the rest of the 2023 season. Hopefully he’ll be back to better performance in 2024.
I’m not sure if that was on chase or the team tho, something just feels off.

@SuperTornadoGuneh, he wasn’t “himself” because he wasn’t in his best shape. He got better as the races progressed.
Yeah he was just a hair off. He would run well and consistent but never seemed to have race winning speed. More like 4th to 10th place speed. That little extra “oomph” wasn’t there after the injury as you could see it.
It’s a mix of the injury and Nascar not allowing drivers to practice for a bit. We should bring practice back

@Jordan Dryethe issue is that most of the women in nascar don’t actually focus on the actual racing. If she stays focused on trying to win, she can do well

@SJS34 except jade has had some success though. If there is currently a girl to root for, it’s jade by a mile.
I expect Chase to come out swinging also but who knows breaking his leg could have life long issues and it could possibly effect the way he drives. We’ll just have to wait a few months a few long months lol to find out
The leg did not have a ton of time to heal. Busch was not healthy until a year after his leg break.
I think what Love told you was a great story
I’m wondering how Chase will perform next year with all these health problems he’s had this year. Shoulder surgery, skiing accident… hopefully, he can rebound next year.
Also, Lewis Hamilton in NASCAR in the near future? YESSSSSSSSS!
I don’t mean to start a war here, because I mean no disrespect to Hamilton, but I think Verstappen would be cooler, because he seems to master anything to do with racing up in about five seconds.
The shoulder issue it sounds like been an issue for a few years and finally had a MRI done
@Erik Eidsmoe With respect, it would be cool, but also really predictable, as Verstappen almost endlessly wins, which isn’t always a bad thing, but still…
Both Hamilton and Verstappen though… against Larson or Busch… that would be something.
@John HaasWhich makes sense. He is very active outside of racing between outdoor activities and flying, so not shocked he got hurt at some point.
I think jade is going to do really good.

I’m not someone that goes crazy and roots for a girl by default. Most of them are hype, but she isn’t hype. She has talent.
Jade is a champ. Believe her team kkm already has trd engines. Everyone saw this one coming.
Really good interview with Love, gives me a reason to keep an eye out for him, seems well rounded and mature considering his age.
Hope she makes it. Probably will be better than the other one going to Xfinity next year. Not saying any names.

Great signing by Toyota. Girl has lots of potential and imo is the highest level female prospect. She definitely needs more experience with asphalt and all that but this will help for sure.
I’m scheduled Tuesday to have the same surgery Chase Elliott had, how funny. Seems him and I will both be spending the off season healing.
I’ve been aware of Jade since at least 2018 running micros out here in California. We’ve known how good she is and I am so happy to hear about these TRD developments! I just hope they take their time and know how to develop her properly.
