How do you think Noah Gragson will perform in 2024?
Get a few top tens
Really depends on how well or poorly the new body performs. Also how well he gels with the team, clearly that was an issue at his previous team.
Not good
Finish top 25 in points
It has to better than 2023 right? I’ll say around 20th in points. Just no more bowl cuts, please.
With Gragson and his monk haircut back, it’s definitely a new era for SHR. It’s truly going to be interesting to see how this rebuild goes. It’ll be something to see, alright.
Let’s hope Gragson learned his lesson after last year, and guys, PLEASE don’t judge me about what I said. I’ve already had to deal with a few others today outside of YouTube
He did nothing wrong.
@@AnthonyLeach How do you know??
@@AnthonyLeach except for the racism
@@BaronOBeefDip What racism? Liking a meme? You don’t know what racism means and it shows.
@@TylnortonLiking a *racist* meme. Don’t leave out the context.
Stewart is 100% the right resource to shape up Gragson. He needs to learn how and when to pick fights and know when to shut up and take it on the chin, or just not be in that situation to begin with. He’s got a good work ethic and put in some good years in Xfinity. With some guidance and some mental fortitude, he’ll be a fun one to see come into his pro form. I 100% am in the same camp of his “controversy” was a nothingburger compared to the wrecked cars and fist fights he had piled up, but someone, somewhere, wanted him out ASAP and that stupid little social media thing was enough to get their way.
The way to put it is this – his future is back in his hands. How he handles it, is up to him. If he gets right back to swinging a fist every time he gets a little heated in the helmet and keeps piling up the scrapyard with wrecked cars….He deserves whatever fate comes his way. But if he shows speed, tempered with good decisions, I htink he’s got a long career in the sport, and this signing shows other people think so too.
I’m pessimistic given his time in Cup. He’s got good job security, more teammates to learn off of, and a brand new approach to racing. Will that translate to better results? Time will tell. Good luck to Noah Gragson
Noah might wanted to check in with the last guy who went with “Team X, LETS RIDE!” and how his first season went.
Funny how people are comparing Gragson to Larson. Larson said a slur, Gragson liked a meme. There’s literally no comparison at all.
If Larson got reinstated, Gragson definitely was going to be as well
Gragson ended up in the team Larson could’ve should’ve gone in 2021 if he never said the N word. Ford didn’t allowed Tony to hire Kyle after the incident.
Gragson doesn’t have the talent that Larson has
Both were with mid tier teams. Both showed their racism. Both got fired. Both got hire for top tier teams. The only difference is that Gragson is a mediocre driver.
@@BaronOBeefDipwhat gragson did wasnt even racist
Maybe Josh Berry and Noah Gragson can finally put a spark back in SHR hopefully they have a better year.
6:58 I agree with you there. The only reason why he got suspended was because a “journalist” decided to complain and the team already wanted him out.
That so called “journalist” is why I tend to avoid Frontstretch articles and videos.
not an upgrade, but better than I expected him to get
Kinda crazy that Gragson is going from the 42 Cup car to the 10 cup car, Almirola is going from the 10 cup to the 20 Xfinity, and JH Nemecheck is going from the 20 Xfinity to the 42 Cup.
I hate that I can hear one of those fire alarm beeps at 0:30
Good to see him working out. He looks like he lost some weight. That will help him with the cup series demands.
I think you hit it right in the head, a successful Gragson would be good for NASCAR. With all the wet blanket personalities currently in the cup series it would be nice for him to get some screen time and show some actual passion.
And or the sponsors won’t like it if he say something controversial.
Noah Gragson doesn’t lack personality. I’ll give him that.
What is it with nascar suspending someone, only to reinstate them and then the driver upgrades by switching to (arguably) better team. First Larson, now Gragson.
Noah was suspended for what he did and the complete the sensitivity training that’s the only point about it
@@johnhaas2523 yeah, I’m aware both of them were suspended for diferent reason, but still my point remains
Noah should not used Russell Wilson catchphrase at the end because the ride never ends
He’s gonna be teammates with his buddy, Reilly Herbst
Gragson gonna be the new Tony, I think Ty Gibbs is gonna be the next Gordon/Johnson imo. With everyone else this should make Nascar interesting with new personalities for the next decade thankfully
