Good on ya Creed! With what RCR said after Martinsville, you deserved to get a good comeback!

Layne Riggs is massively underrated. Good resume in late model racing. He’s going to be great.

Didn’t watch him much until he drove the 62 truck for Friesen and ever since then I’ve been super impressed. Big win for Ford… if they can keep this one. lol

I’m glad Sheldon Creed talking about RCR crap during the recent months after what happened at Martinsville Speedway a month ago and after Richard Childress’ words during an post-race interview he absolutely lost all my respect as a team owner and his drivers (except Kyle Busch). I hope Sheldon wins some races the next year.

If Kyle Busch gets confronted by Childish, he’ll get the Rowdy out of his system the same way he did to Hendrick

Yeah Richard Childress handled the martinsville situation very wrong

While Creed should have at least one win, in his defense if you watched the races the last 2 seasons you know there were many races where he had the speed to win on pace (Darlington last year and Portland this year). Meanwhile, Hill got lucky twice at Daytona, won new Atlanta twice where he needed to do nothing, and won Las Vegas and Pocono due to the cars in front choking. Point being, him and Hill were close, just had different fortunes.

THANK YOU !, I see no one talk about how hills wins have come from lucky cautions , no one doing anything , or the leaders being stupid .

@wordlesslfiddling December 15, 2023 at 8:49 pm

I would say creed put himself in position to win more often than hill too and heck even nascar has screwed creed out of a win at Watkins Glen this year
I love that hill has pretty much turned the whole fan base against him by showing his true cry baby colors and he deserves it too

Dude WTF why is everyone turning on hill. Earlier this year everyone was talking about how Hill was the Next Dale Jr.

If Austin Hill still has beef with Sheldon Creed and eventually gets to him during the season next year, a new rivalry will be born between both of them.

@bojakebo1234 December 15, 2023 at 7:53 pm

I don’t see this as excuses, tbh, he didn’t go far enough. You say he should win races, last I checked, he was in position to win Martinsville to go to the final 4 until his TEAMMATE got butthurt about being raced too hard then sent him into the last turn.

How Sheldon Creed has held it in and together this long shows highly on his professionalism. Austin Hill could really learn a lot from Creed

Totally agree, can’t stand hill

@toddschlicher December 16, 2023 at 1:01 am

He just threw all of that out the window with these comments. He should’ve continued to take the high road.

@ThomasAZ December 16, 2023 at 2:52 am

Hill could learn from Creed?? Hill wins a ton of races in equal equipment. Creed is the one who should be learning from Hill.

@@ThomasAZ it’s not all about winning at first

@Austin_Windric December 16, 2023 at 1:49 pm

Creed is the one saying his equipment is holding him back. Hill has actually won in the same equipment and doesn’t blame the cars for his shortcomings. I like Creed, but I think Creed is the one who should learn from Hill

Finally, we get a season where chase Elliott has great paint schemes, instead of just okay paint schemes. Even llumar finally made a good scheme.

I think we need more reflective like schemes in the sport. They’re so pretty

I really hope that NASCAR brings Xfinity to North Wilksboro. Xfinity always puts on a good show at short tracks and it doesn’t make sense that they didn’t bring them this past season. Hopefully they make that decision soon

That’s up to Marcus Smith and The cw network and dose Fox sports want the allstar race to stay And North wilkesboro if not is fox sports willing to give up it’s Bristol race and dose Marcus Smith want to go down to 1 Bristol date

Call me a baby but I actually want to hear drivers’ reasoning as to why they weren’t successful at a team. Tell us why the relationship between you and your team wasn’t working out, but with this they also need to publicly set goals to how they will improve the on track performance with their new team as well as how they will uplift the organization they’re entering. In my eyes, it’s ok to bring interpersonal problems into the conversation, as long as you also explain how you will improve on and off the track next season

Layne Riggs could make a run for Rookie of the Year.

i respect and appreciate when you get opinionated on topics in your videos, and i do agree that saying something like this publicly at this point isn’t necessary or professional, but i’d argue he might have a valid point. sure the 2 car won a championship “just 4 years ago”, but stewart haas was a perineal race winner just 4 years ago too. it’s possible that team has started falling slightly behind. i think his performance in a JGR car this year as well as the performance of the 2 team will really determine whether he had a valid point here or if it was just excuses and i’m open to the idea that he might be right. i’m also open to the idea he might be wrong but i don’t have as much of a problem with what he said

I love the North Wilkesboro uphill and downhill element. It was due for a repave and hoping for more racing. I remember when Scott Riggs came to the truck series in the #2 Jimmy Smith Dodge and won races. Hopefully Layne will do the same. Creed will win at JGR and spin former teammate Hill out too.

1. I like Chase Elliott’s Hooters paint scheme for 2024.
2. The repaved racetrack at North Wilksboro is freshly good looking.
3. Good luck to Layne Riggs to drive #38 for Front Row Motorsports in NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series next season.
And 4. Good luck to Sheldon Creed to #18 for Joe Gibbs Racing in NASCAR Xfinity Series next year.

NWB Repave wasn’t optional unless they wanted to do dirt or whatever like some had suggested. The sooner they pave it, the sooner the surface will get broken in. Here’s hoping they figure out a short track package for it.
