Red Bull back in NASCAR?!?
If it extends to Kaulig, let Allmendinger run a throwback to his first paint scheme, seeing how his first ride in the NASCAR cup series was with Red Bull racing!
(I know it wasn’t the best of times, but it’d still be a cool throwback to his history, especially with how far he’s come.)
Edit: actually come to think of it, of the first two full-time Red Bull racing drivers, is it me or has Allmendinger had the more successful career over Vickers? Like I know Vickers won a few races and also made the playoffs, but Allmendinger has had the longer career and has won quite a few Xfinity races. Not to mention he won at the Brickyard, that’s gotta be worth something.
won at wgi 😀 and hes good there
Vickers career was ruined the moment his wife was busted working for epstein. Which isn’t a joke, he literally went off radar once that came to light.
Vickers is a busch champion
Also Vickers was not sidelined due to a lack of talent but due to health issues with blood clots. If it wasn’t for those health issues, I believe he would’ve had a longer career.
richard petty and jimmie johnson now being a part of a toyota race team is still so wild to me
Get over it
@@trent7736 With Hendrick Motorsports, Toyota is basically their rival(s).
Time moves on. They aren’t driving so it doesn’t feel like a big deal…
@@trent7736 get over what? saying its wild is accurate, who would have ever predicted it?
@@bostons2826Jimmie is literally driving next year.
Red bull partnering with trackhouse makes me wonder if we could see some red bull drivers in other series join project 91
Daniel Ricciardo would be first in line for sure.
@@kuromori6200this. Especially he’s a fan of dale earnhardt sr
Honestly I hope Red Bull comes back Monster Energy needs the competition.
Some drivers already have energy drink sponsors. Celsius is one of them.
@@zaxgeraci1168 That’s true I forgot about Celsius.
I wonder if a new OEM coming into the sport would bring in Red Bull not just as a sponsor, but as a race team?
They did that with Toyota in 2007
Oracle Redbull F1 is about to have Ford as an engine supplier so I’d doubt they bring a new manufacturer but never say never I guess.
Not going to happen. The only reason they’ll stick with Chevy is because of their links with Triple 8 In Australia, if that even continues given their ties in F1 with Ford.
Triple 8 will not go back to ford after the way they were treated in 2009, plus the money they have put into development ngl the Camaro in V8 Supercars.
The future will tell what will happen with Red Bull
@@ba97racing Oh, didn’t know their F1 team was already affiliated with Ford, thank you!
if Red Bull does come back, I see them investing into Ford Teams, and Drivers with not Too Much Funding, like Ryan Preece or Josh Berry. I can see RBR Stewart-Haas and RBR RSS racing in 2026 already.
This isn’t a surprise and was obvious from watching Legacy’s on track performance. I don’t like to see teams leave Chevy but understand why they did. They may sneak in the playoffs with an Erik Jones win but will still have a rebuilding year eith Toyota.
SVG has a lot of backing from Red Bull, and may also bring some backing from Team Redline.
The best part about it is that Shane doesn’t care about all the background crap, he just wants to race. If Red Bull helps him achieve what he wants he’s all in.
Red Bull returning? It makes sense if they wanna keep working with Shane van Gisbergen. Maybe we can get more Red Bull drivers trying out nascar through their help?
JJ and The King still have huge fan bases, LMS becoming relevant and a true competitor can have nothing but a positive affect for NASCAR.
Having Legacy in the playoffs this year would make things far more interesting.
lol
Love to see Danny ric in some nascar races if red bull comes back
They should have big names like Tim McGraw, Blake Shelton, Morgan Wallen and more. I think they might make more of their fans NASCAR fans
Morgan Wallen should be booed off every stage he performs on
@@danieljackett4193 he would sell tickets, but I agree he’s not the best
Nothing but a bunch of flaming leftists. No thanks.
Are you willing to pay that much more for tickets? A ticket to Talladega is $50 and gets you two days of racing and access to the concert. You’re not getting Morgan Wallen at that price
I do like Tim dugger. I do like his circle’s song that is in the NASCAR ignition soundtrack. I’d say that he’s a decent musician and songwriter. I think NASCAR and SMI scored big on this one. I do like country music more then rock or pop or whatever people are listening to these days but. So he does appeals more to me then he would to other people. That’s just where I stand on this.
Red Bull comes back to NASCAR. Then imagine seeing Verstappen and Ricciardo running in the Project 91 car
Due to the obligations and season overlap it’s almost a 0%
The chances of them being competitive in the top series is non existent, they might do some one offs in Xfinity, however.
If anyone one did it it would be Ricciardo since he is a huge nascar fan
Trackhouse won 3 races Eric, Chastain got a pair and SVG got Chicago. Other than that, awesome job, love your content.
It’s always a good day when Eric uploads
And it’s always a great day when there’s a Concert Rant at the end
The whole Tim Dugger thing is pretty simple, he got the job by knowing the right people. Tim is part of the Dale JR posse. If you see JR racing on iracing there is a pretty good change Tim is racing with him, Dale is also friends with Marcus Smith so that’s how Tim got the job. Also, it’s the Tim Duggar and “friends” tour so I hope some other artists might perform. It’s an attempt by SMI to gain interest, I think they could have gone bigger but its SMI. With the exception of North Wilkesboro they run events fiscally lean.
Agree. Was going to say the same thing.
I’ve never heard of him before now!
Legacy and Spire motorsports are going to be exciting teams to watch this year. Rooting for Corey Lajoie
Don’t forget about RWR… I don’t see them being on the bottom anymore.
lol
Great to see Legacy coming into the sport with new energy and doing a reset. Good for the sport.
Yes, I agree that a concert series would be a good move with different artists. Lets keep growing the sport.
