The Clash of the Coliseum is great in all, but Mother Nature met spoil the party for Nascar Fans.

We could bring the clash to Indianapolis. (Indy) I think it would be cool. And bump the horse power up to 1K, no restrictor plates. Give the fans what they want nascar.
I was at the 2021 race at Daytona. My sister and brother who have both been to the 500, really enjoyed the Daytona Road course race. The coliseum race is a joke and I won’t be watching. Mr Kennedy’s great grandfather is probably spinning in his grave. And Eric, you could go to Disney World the day before Daytona.
I think they should do what the NHL does in the preseason where they go to a local rink and give money to support local hockey in that area. Have the race at a local short track somewhere across America. Logistics need to be ironed out, but I think it can work.
Why is it on so late. Sunday nite makes no sense to me.
