We not gonna talk about how Chase Elliott made it through that? I mean look at him. Same with Ross and a few others.
Oh man. Hoped Logano will do it…
That was dangerous how the drivers’ heads moved. NASCAR gotta do something quick before they regret it.
they all were ok, thats just what happens when you get hit at those speeds
You don’t know anything
@@shanewofford7528 who me?
The energy in the booth this year is much better. Glad we got Harvick
We really got the second big one. Damn.
Let’s go Kyle Busch!!
All drivers have been evaluated and released from the infield care center.
Bowman/Byron disasterclass on a superspeedway? Not surprised.
Atleast Jimmie Did Not Get Involved In This Crash and still managed to finish the race (even with the lap 6 crash and minus laps.)
Wow, the winner of the 500 had to wreck the whole field to win it.
No not really It was more Bowman’s fault because Byron was getting pushed and had nothing to do

No one cares. THEY HAD TO WRECK THE FIELD TO WIN! WHAT A LACK OF TALENT!!!
Pretty wild. At the 2 second mark in this video you see #24 bump #6 then drop down inside. The bump on #6 starts the crash at lap 192. 24 goes on to win. I’d be looking that over. Maybe the push from 48… happens pretty quick!
I’m trying to think of any other form of auto racing where these massive crashes are acceptable. Nothing comes to mind.
take out half the field then finish 1-2 under caution, genius.
Bumper car melee, that’s NASCAR’s product!
I don’t blame Byron at all. Bowman was pushing very aggressively and Byron was getting too free and ultimately lost control. Nothing he could do just hard superspeedway racing
That may’ve been the biggest Daytona 500 big one in the modern era.
Some of those drivers just barely avoided that!
this is why Smashcar is loved by so many–the wrecks–water cooler topics on Monday.
