I know Reddick was definitely going through several levels of pain after finishing 2nd to Larson through the entire race, but the battle they had was amazing. He’ll definitely be getting some wins this season!
I think Ross had the best car, but starting in the back and shooting himself in the foot with the pit penalty kept him from re-starting up front on equal tires.
He still almost cleared Larson for the lead in that restart
I hope that RFK just missed the setup today. It was rough watching Brad run mid 20s all day. They had decent long run speed but horrible short run speed. Brad was able to scratch and claw himself for the top 15 so I’m worried but hoping this season isn’t going to be a wash
@@americanpride9733 not the dark horse at least. Brad and TJ were able to loop their heads around the mustang last year but threw away many wins. Hopefully Vegas is just a fluke and that they’ll come back strong at phoenix
Hocevar’s performance was really impressive. Perhaps most importantly, he raced clean and didn’t ruffle any feathers. It’ll be exciting to see if he can get some consistent runs like this one.
Any seasoned NASCAR veteran knows that Las Vegas is one of those “just get that bullet out of the chamber” tracks. It’s important to have low-action races so that the high-action ones are that much more special.
I was thinking the same. Both Brad and Chris have shown the speed is there in races despite qualifying being a bit off, but it’s a matter of putting it all together and luck coming our way.
That being said, I think people are hitting the panic button far too soon. Has it been an ideal start? No. But it’s a long season ahead and it will get better. I’m sure of it.
Man Hocevar and Lajoie looked really strong today especially early on. I’m really looking forward to what things that Spire team can accomplish this year. May contend with a couple wins.
congratulations to Noah Gragson, who has passed Ryan Preece to get out of last place and a negative points hole in just a week. He’s now 25 points positive.
@@hilonesome52 I’m really impressed with his team. Amazing adjustments on the car, and great pit strategy. Haven’t seen that out of SHR for anyone besides Harvick in ages.
Yeah. When he ran those races last year in place of Gragson I was really excited to be seeing him run top 5 at Bristol. Since then j have been rooting for him as my second favorite driver!!
He has something to prove. I’m a Petty fan, so I was happy Noah was hired to drive the 42 but he was overdriving the cars last year. I hope the best for him and honestly, it was a mutual split.

Tyler Reddick is either gonna win 6 races or finish second 6 times with only a win or two there’s no in between
Larstappen came to play today
Best comment!!
For real though
It was really cool seeing Kyle’s kids ride in Larson’s car and celebrate!!
Sure was… Was that a first?
@@davids5006Kyle did it with Brexton, Kevin did it with Kevin, Brad will do it with Maize some day

He had the best car but that dreaded dirty air.

Byron had the best car. He was the only one who could’ve beat Larson. He was 3 tenths quicker a lap than Larson while in traffic
@@skottydoesntn0o0don’t want to hear that because if Larson had reddicks car he would have found a way to beat him.
*Noah Gragson seeing everyone say they have more points then him
“And I took it personally”
No longer in last place in points lol
Goatson had his MJ moment

Buescher ran top ten until his wheel came off so I wouldn’t worry too much
Me too. My 6 hear might as well have stayed in the closet today

Honestly, RFK had the mustangs figured out. Had a feeling the new Dark Horse is gonna stall there progress this year

And a shocker, the driver who he tried to punch congratulated him on the Top 10 finish
Finally Noah gets a good break.
@@MegaMr46 Ross and Noah both said after the really bad fight that they were friends and it was just an on-track issue.

idk what is more impressive… kyle larson sweeping the stages and winning, or NY racing somehow finishing today’s race without drama

How many laps down though?
@@jeremyharper3462 6 laps

But out of 37 cars in the field, the only one that got 0 points.
Honestly Hocevar might have the most raw potential since Kyle Larson, he was really fast and deserved a top 10 for how he ran

Would be surprised if Carson Hocevar doesn’t win at least once in the Cup Series. 12 races so far.
Noah is racing like he was miserable at LMC and happy to be a SHR!

Would’ve been interesting if Byron didn’t have the trash bag trouble.
Love the “over reactions”. You always have good content even if I don’t agree with you on everything , still always great content.
Blaneys comment about the 6 and 17 spinning for nothing had me rolling
Picking up a trash bag in your car grille is more Las Vegas than getting a flyer on The Strip.
