It sucks that Truex got screwed out of that win.
The win belongs to Logano
He is still in first in the standings. Maybe this will just give him the drive he needs to take this long term. He is having a great season even without a win

I was there in person, and honestly, I wish they had left the wet tires on. The racing was more interesting

joey got screwed more than truex honestly, on the restart anyways.
Yeah no, if nascar threw the flag truex would have won because of hamlin messing up the start and the win would go to next in line on the restart not the actual finish

@@TowerDefenseSim NASCAR throws black flags for jumping the restart… not yellow flags. So if NASCAR did this right, Hamlin would serve a pass through penalty under green or be credited as the last car on the lead lap
Why did nascar did not review the restart
Why did NASCAR throw the caution for Busch? If they don’t throw that, Larson probably wins the race

ok so here is where your wrong then on board camera at the end is more than half the length of the car and when he hit the gas you could blink and he would be almost out of the restart zone so no he didn’t jump the start

You know I don’t think Truex would be as mad about it being a teammate if it were 2000 instead of 2024. All this reliance on help from manufacturers and teammates in racing now causes a blurred line on winning vs. respecting your teammate imo
NASCAR said “A Toyota won and it’s Hamilin’s home track? Perfect.” We got our story, surely nothing will overshadow that…

Is this nascar or WWE??? Looked like a predetermined outcome
Now I’ve been a nascar fan since I was probably 8 years old, I’m 61 now! There’s been plenty of questionable things that have affected the outcome of a race and I can accept that! But the last two weeks has shown some blatant inconsistency! I guy gets bumped last week on the road course and misses the one set of corners in the designated section and get penalized or other drivers five rows back five into a corner and wreck ten cars…..not a word from the officials! The entire grandstand sees that Deny jumped and they don’t utter a word! This is what makes fans not want to watch!
He did jump it, but it appears that NASCAR has their blinders on. They said they didn’t want to pick a winner, but that’s exactly what they DID.
Somebody in the boot really needed to ask Bowyer if his arm was itchy and to scratch it.
