It is a shame they can’t get the original sponsor logos for these throwback cars, but it’s understandable, especially for older sponsors that aren’t around anymore/rebranded/under new ownership/etc. I know last year’s 75th anniversary cars were impressive just getting anything on them.

been collecting for years, gotta say …most stores have very limited items anymore, I have to find my beauties on line mostly…. farewell to the toy stores
It is nice to see these throw backs…
@@COCarDude Respond to this comment at the end of the summer (August) and tell me how many of these cars are on your pegs, and I’ll say how many are on mine. I have about 10 Walmarts Targets and Meijers around me. All you comment liking deeriders reply too.
I’m not saying they are good. They totally suck, but for 5 bucks in the stores people still buy them out. It also depends on your amount of foot traffic, I’m from a mid sized city, so if it’s a small town store then it makes sense that they wouldn’t sell.
@RC.41 I’m guessing you live in Michigan or Ohio based on the Meijer comment. I live in Colorado, so I almost guarantee that they will still be hanging on pegs here but ill check back w you then
Three hendrick throwback schemes have been revealed, Chase driving the Jr throwback, Larson with the Bodine throwback, and Bowman with the jimmie throwback. If the same trend keeps on going, do we see a rainbow warrior throwback for Byron?
It’s the flames one from around 2010 or so. I wish I could post pictures here in replies because I have one where they pixelated it to try to hide it for the reveal
no sponsors sucks,..BIG. I WILL say, it’s odd, real odd that Bodines didn’t have the “All star racing” name as a sponsor on it,….THAT WAS Rick Hendricks sponsor name WITH his Chevy dealers backing it.

I didn’t buy the 75th champions set cause of the lack of sponsors.
Awesome, can’t wait to see them in a year lol
I wish nascar would just move on from Lionel
They suck. Overpriced and no Logos. Unreal
@@Jmcc0I read this as no legos
@@jbuckthemanlol same
They also take forever to get new diecasts out…back in the good ole days new diecasts on the pegs the weekend of the Budweiser Shootout.
Yea lionel out

Lionel definitely could get the sponsors they offered jr’s car they just want to save money
They don’t care and neither do the sponsors.
They prob couldnt get one sponsor for a car and decided to do make all of them sponsorless
They couldn’t at least get DuPont for Jeff? That’s absolutely the one they should spring for. Plus, it’s not like DuPont has bad blood with Nascar
These are gonna be peg warmers for sure. We will see these hanging up for years
Nobody wants the past 4 waves they all have been peg warming except liquid color
Yeah no we won’t. Why are people wrong so confidently?
@@RC.41 I guess we will see what the future holds lol

Action was always better and always will be….. yea i said it.
If you gotta say “yeah I said it” after a statement, just do us all a favor and shut up.
Agree ^ no need for that. Obviously there’s no comparison between the two. It would be like me vs Kyle Larson at driving. Not comparable
RIP Tim Richmond! Please put him, Harry Gant, Harry Hyde, and Geoff Bodine in the hall of fame!
Swing and a miss! Modern Camaros with throwback schemes and no sponsor decals? Honestly not sure what the point is…
These look like something I would get out of a cereal box
The good ol’ days when cereal box toys were worth digging for!
These would be worth digging out of a cereal box imo, not worth buying from the store
Racing Champions had more detail
@@user-rx7ns4re9uRacing Champions also had the real sponsors and at least tried to look like the actual manufacturer cars.

The hendrick glaze this season by fox and this is crazy
It’s awful and it’s every week

Terry Labonte’s Keloggs Corn Flake’s paint scheme has to be one of my all time favorite!
Thanks for 40 years of awesome racing Hendrick! There are more exciting races to come! Happy anniversary!
