My favorite throwback this year is definitely that Terry Labonte scheme I think that definitely wins throwback weekend this year
The Hendrick cars are The best, The Kelloggs car, Jimmy Johnson throwback, The Dale Earnhardt Jr throwback, and the 2009 Jeff Gordon throwback! Those are some of the best
But can’t deny Kyle Larson’s paint scheme being the best because he’s gonna do it for Turry!

Having Zone as the sponsor limits what they can do. If they had a different sponsor for this race maybe they would have done one.

The Pratt & Miller Corvette C5.R and the TOMs Supra GT500 were like two sides of one coin in old school Gran Turismo.
That 5 car is a thing of beauty

Bowman’s is great and Byron’s is phenomenal, but Larson takes the cake for me.

Hendrick’s livery is so tasty. However, my take for best throwback livery has to be Keselowski’s Castrol livery. So so good, especially from Gran Turismo/JGTC era

It is an Xfinity car but Chad Finchum’s throwback to 2001 Harvick is the best scheme of the weekend. Leland Honeyman’s Mellow Yellow one is really good too.
The five car wins hands-down. Not even close to any of the other ones in my opinion.
That Castrol throwback had HUGE significance. It could bring many JGTC/Super GT (in which it was very successful), fans to watch the race, possibly bringing in overseas viewers. It’s a videogame legend from Gran Turismo and SEGA Rally. This Castrol swoosh design is one of the most iconic liveries in all of motorsports, from various disciplines. I’d give it a 8 in significance and possibly 9 in nostalgia.
I just wish they could put the Toms logo somehow to make it completely a throwback…but I do like they put RFK in the same font style

I was a big Terry Labonte fan from his career at Hendrick onward. Feels good to see that paint scheme back on the 5 car.
Some teams get it and some teams don’t. The Hendrick Motorsports throwback paint scheme are awesome.
Regarding Brad’s Castrol scheme, I think you gotta pump up the significance score because anyone that has every played a Forza, Gran Turismo, and any of the other racing arcade/sim games knows this paint scheme. It’s an all time CLASSIC. Even today, if you hop on any online race in one of the big racing sim/ arcade games, you are practically guaranteed to see a Supra running this scheme in your racing lobbies.
