I predict Christopher Bell will win this year’s Coca-Cola 600 because he had speed last year and led 48 laps before being caught up in multiple incidents plus joe gibbs racing is good at charlotte motor speedway
He will spin out lap 177
@@midwesttrainchasers8587 we’ll see about that til Sunday
I huge fan of Corey lajoie
I’m sorry
Let the drivers go until someone is knocked out or taps out.
I feel like the crew guys should not get involved, but I also understand why they do, since that’s their driver, their meal ticket. But with that being said, Ricky’s dad shouldn’t have gotten involved at all, let your boy stand on business mr Ricky Stenhouse Sr
Nascar should call the drivers to the hauler, give them a pair of boxing gloves and put them in aring for two two minute rounds and let them get their anger out, and be done with it, shake hands, walk away.
That would be a great idea
I’m a KB fan, but I think he took the payback too far by wrecking RS Jr. out of the race. I don’t condone the fighting afterward though, it’s not necessary, but I understand the frustration. Let’s not encourage the fighting by setting a time limit for it, we live in a barbaric society already, many of the drivers have their kids at the race and they don’t need to see their dad pound someone else, or get pounded.
Stock car racing needs to take a page from the ice hockey rulebook and have rules for fisticuffs.
Ricky did nothing wrong. Its racing. Kyle touched the wall , poor baby, then kyle wrecked ricky period. Do yall remember when kyle did the same exact thing in a truck race. He could have killed that guy. Total rageaholic.
Put a ring in the garage area with 2 sets of gloves. 2 rules. Only the drivers can get involved or face a 1million nascar fine. 2nd, as a participant you pay the doctor bills for the other combatant.
If both guys wanna fight, let ‘em fight. Everyone else stay out of it though, especially dad…
Every track should have a ring or let them fight it out like in hockey till someone hits the ground then break it up.
Does Stenhouse own pants???
Give the guy who threw the first punch off the track a one month time out to go sit in the corner and think about how he took it to a whole new, and quite frankly, unreasonable level.
I’d argue that Busch went “full retreat mode.”
I guess this is an unpopular opinion, but I think it’s correct to break up fights immediately. It only takes one punch, one fall, and one hit-your-head-the-wrong-way to kill someone. Hockey players get to fight, sure, but that’s because they wear helmets and full-body padding on a completely flat surface. Last thing this sport needs is the first fatality in 20+ years to come from an avoidable fight (potentially leaving another driver on the hook for manslaughter). If two drivers want to fight, agree to a boxing match or something.
Post race fights should be refereed. No double teaming. Mano y mano. Pay per view.
