This silly season is crazy
Heck yeah even Clint Bowyer is getting involved
@@EricEstepphave you thought of more diecast racing
@@EricEsteppcan I have your helmets
Yeah and it’s the middle of the race year
Not really
With McDowell leaving, FRM might bring Berry and Childers over and hopefully let them run the 4. As for the 3rd car, they might go with Herbst and his sponsor money
I hope your correct!
I think that’s a grest possibility but it would also be cool if they brought in Gragson and Herbst as they are great friends.
From what I know, the 4 charter is basically the original Haas 0/00. So idk if that number will be ever given up. And if the possibility of SHR keeping a charter ends up happening, it would be the 4’s.
@@samruth240from what you know, please inform us why SHR would keep a charter?
But how long will Monster stick with Herbst and his underwhelming results?
And yet the Talk of the Town is still the Kyle Larson waiver debate. If NASCAR ends up denying him Championship eligibility, I wouldn’t be surprised if he leaves the sport for the rest of the season out of spite.
Considering they screwed Larson out of attempting to race, they’ll give it to him.
He made the choice to wait 3 hrs and still drive in Indy, knowing the rules . And FYI: HMS has to apply for the wavier and have yet to do so.
@@kurtisgalloway218Jim France might not
@@kharnthebetrayer1575Hendrick allowed him to do that
Whoa. This isn’t WWE bro. You’re really fantasizing thinking Larson would leave for the rest of the season as a manner of protesting. He signed a contract, he’s committed to racing. Hendrick would never permit this leave of absence. Why would he want to figure out who’s gonna drive the 5 car for the rest of the season when the best driver in NASCAR is 100% healthy and is already contractually obligated to do that job? Not happening. Larson’s not that big of a baby. He’s still got a job to do, and deciding not to fulfill those obligations because he’s butthurt would no doubt be the absolute end of him in NASCAR.
Parker Retzlaff is going to make his NASCAR Cup Series debut at Daytona this Summer with Beard Motorsports!
Im sure they did @@Lark_36
I see Preece being out of the cup series but not Nascar entirely. He might get a truck ride next season. If not, Preece returns to the modifieds.
Maybe he can lend his talents to being a gasman or janitor
34 – Berry or Custer
36 – Herbst
38 – Gilliland
Those are my guesses
Hope that McDowell stays in the 34 due to his success on road courses
@@rushylvania.northern hes already going to the 71 with spire
@@kool-aidmaster6416 I don’t keep track of news to much so…
what abt gragson?
Imagine if someone told you in 2014 that 10 years later, Front Row will have 3 cars and be a top destination while SHR will be completely out of the sport.
Imagine if someone said this 3 years ago
Imagine telling people after the 2020 season and that the person responsible for Front Row’s rise was Michael McDowell, a guy who didn’t get a full time ride until 10 years after his Cup series debut
@@Landmastersand then Michael McDowell, after raising FRM to a playoff team, then LEAVES to join… SPIRE
Front Row was running a 3rd car part time in 2014, and had 3 full time cars in 2013. Them being a top destination today is a bit of a stretch.
Why would RCR go to a third car? They can’t even get out of their own way with two.
They need to have Dillon step aside . Hire a Rodney and Noah ..a need eng…
RCR always ran better with a 3 car team. Harvick, Bowyer, and J Burton won a ton of races.
Before long everyone will have 3 cars. There will be twelve 3 car teams
RCR sucks because they have bad drivers. Dillon is wasting a seat and Busch is clearly past his prime.
@@jake21494I can’t imagine Hendrick and Gibbs going to a 3 car garage.
Now let’s not just shove Herbst out of the way here don’t forget his amazing run at Fall Talladega he ran up front like all day. I honestly think Herbst in the 36 and Berry in the 34
My current Silly Season predictions:
JGR 19 – Gragson – This is conditional on Truex retiring, but “other teams” is an interesting phrase. That said, Gragson has Bass Pro money and so him replacing Truex would make a lot of sense, too, but if Truex doesn’t retire, then Gragson to the RCR 33 would make sense. Additionally, per Andy Petree’s wording, I know Kaulig has said they’re not selling, but that team leasing a charter to RCR would make a whole bunch of sense, too.
RCR 33 – Hill – Austin Hill probably deserves a chance at Cup, and he’s been waiting a while for that shot. He’s got funding, so it would make sense for him to end up here, especially if RCR can lease a charter from Kaulig. This makes perfect sense.
FRM 34 – Custer – Yeah, I’m not gonna lie, Custer to FRM makes perfect sense, especially if his dad takes a role in FRM. Custer definitely has enough credentials to where it makes sense for him to get another chance. Should he? That’s a question I’m less ready to answer.
FRM 36 – Berry – I think Josh Berry ends up in the Front Row 36, as Herbst isn’t ready for Cup quite yet, and Berry will stay in Cup more than likely at some level. I’d crack up if somehow, some way, JRM popped up and signed Berry, but it’s highly unlikely. I think Berry would be a huge asset to FRM and I don’t think Ford wants to lose a driver of that caliber (Gragson is different because he comes with character concerns, fair or not – see Kyle Larson 2020).
23XI 67 – Heim – Corey Heim has absolutely made his way to the top of the Toyota totem pole, so Heim to 23XI makes sense if they expand. It’s pretty straightforward stuff.
Trackhouse 91 – Z. Smith – I still really think Trackhouse buys one of those SHR charters. They gotta put Zane Smith in a car, so it makes sense for Trackhouse to do this. It’s pretty much a done deal, let’s be honest. If Trackhouse doesn’t, they’re gonna have a problem in their hands.
After everything that went down with Ty Gibbs and Noah Gragson in the Xfinity series, there is no way Gragson ends up driving for Gibbs, even though I think he deserves to be there. That is also the reason Corey Heim hasn’t made any starts for JGR yet in Xfinity. Because Ty also has issues with Corey.
Your predictions are 100% wrong. Noah is not going to Toyota
@zachwalentiny I could see Noah going to 23/11 for a year then to the 19 and that would allow him a year in xfinity then bring him up to 23/11
Heim*
My first thought was actually picking Herbst, but that’s just based off of Monster Energy funding and since he’s made starts with the team in the 36. However, not sure how hard it’ll be on Monster Energy to cover 3 Cup cars for a full season, where as Bass Pro Shop is already covering 3 Cup cars and one of those cars is Gragson. Those 2 with their big named sponsors would be good money for FRM.
I’m with you on the Berry Childers package deal. Childers posted on X after the SHR announcement how he and Berry were just getting going and that “we’re not done”. I think that makes it pretty clear he wants to keep going and that he wants Berry with him.
Gragson to the 34, Custer to the 36, Gilliland to the 38
Front Row takes over SHR’s Xfinity program for Berry and Preece.
Maybe Haas stays in the form of sponsorship? He could fund Custer going to Front Row. Berry could get the 34 with Love’s since he brings little funding.
Since both of his cars crashed on lap 1 at Monaco, he may have a little less money to throw around.
I wouldn’t be shocked is Corey Heim would be the choice for 23XI if they get another charter. Denny have been very complimentary of him in his podcast.
It’s not a question if they do it’s just When is it being announced
Or the 19 car at JGR. Truex isn’t staying forever.
Noah Gregson has really looked good this year.
I think that FRM should bring the entire 4 team to the organization for 1 of their cars with how much improvement Berry has made this year!
Gragson: FRM 34
Berry: FRM 36
Briscoe: WB 21
Preece: ThorSport 13 or 66, or FRM 38 Truck
Custer: RWR 15
Herbst: Whatever Ford team that has an Xfinity team or back to JGR Xfinity.
I think Gilliland Will continue on FRM
This is probably the most likely scenario
