Okay so explained to me something. You’re in that car for hours. Give or take sometimes more and you have to hydrate yourself. Prior to the race to be able to be properly hydrated to do the race. The normal body should leave itself approximately every hour and a 1/2. How do you hold it for that long and not be in pain?
The car is so hot that they sweat so much that they don’t usually need to.
