Carson Hocevar is one of the brightest young stars in all of NASCAR. He is currently entrenched in the 2024 Rookie of the Year battle, he’s the best driver at Spire right now, and he has a horrible reputation. This last point needs to change. Carson Hocevar needs to change this…

What do you think is needed for Carson Hocevar to get more under control?
Ngl I think that someone would need to fight him it’d probably get the message across
Mental help
Do it again fined him 75,000
Next time, park him/suspend him.
Lajoie needs to give a talk
My Take: He’s Very Talented, but a Weapon on The Race Track!
it’ll take a lot for hocevar to get his on-track rep back up, people do not forget in this sport. wish the guy the best however (intro impressions, gotta reply to this when the vids finished)
Kyle Busch when he was a rookie.
Kyle Busch at North Wilkesboro SIX WEEKS AGO!!
I’m so tired of Carson Hocevar keep getting away with it, I’m so tired of NASCAR continuously giving him soft penalties that mean nothing to him, I am so tired of Carson continuously being a bully on track and act like a victim, and I’m so tired of his fans continuously defend Carson’s antics
He’s a repeat offender that has never been taught a lesson. He should’ve gotten a probation for intentionally spinning out Harrison Burton under yellow….
NASCAR needs to be harsher on penalties when it comes to drivers doing stupid stuff that way they can teach em a lesson to not do it again. Especially Carson.
One day, Carson will learn a lesson either someone else will show him who’s the bigger boss to not mess with or NASCAR can actually step down, have balls, and give him a harsh penalty that way he doesn’t do his antics again…
@@thetechfromheaven Harrison was getting booted either way.
But if Carson keeps acting the way he is, then he’s gonna get booted soon too
@@IanTheMotorsportsMan_YT Corey will keep him in his team because he likes controversy, like a lot of people say he is like Ross and Kyle, he just needs to be in control of his Talent.
@@thetechfromheaven if Carson can stop being immature on track, that would be great
tbf this is consistent with nascar
they also gave austin hill a slap on the wrist for the same thing one month ago or so
Hocevar is a future superstar in the cup series. He’s fast, and really seems to get the best out of his equipment from Spire. The closest comparison I can make is Ross Chastain.
But, like Chastain, I have to agree that he needs to tune down the aggression a wee bit. You’re not going to make any friends using dirty and cheap tactics.
Carson is the worst version of Ross Chastain though.
If this guy is a future superstar in the cup series than the cup series is now a joke, he was a mid pavement late model driver. I can think of 30 guys in the pavement short track world better than him
Probably even more than 30
Ryan Preece: “Don’t Do That!”
I like Hocevar as much as the next guy, but man, he is what a sulfer scented candle would be out on the track
Notice how all of the clips except the last one were when he was in trucks. He was doing fine with his attitude until this Sunday, that being said he CAN’T be doing this again.
agreed, if this was last fall we could make this argument. so far while he’s been in cup he’s raced clean and been able to finish races. dont understand why he’s being fussy about burton, not like they’re gonna be racing in cup together next year
He blatantly tried to cause a caution at bristol this year according to DBC
he was running people up the track most of the first half of the year
If you see him when he shows up at dirt tracks, he does the same stuff
I feel like NASCAR should make more calls during the race. Some people get away with these at least for a few days. It can be very easy to tell at times someone is in the wrong
Like Gordon said about Kyle Busch back in 00’s, “He’s got alot of talent, if only he knew how to control it”
That wasn’t gordon who said that
I know somebody said this when he wrecked Heim last fall, but the King talking to Lightning McQueen sums up Carson:
“You’ve got more talent in 1 lugnut than a lot have in their whole body. But you’re stupid.”
How to get Carson Hocevar more under control in 3 easy steps
1. Have Carson about 2-3 car-lengths behind Kyle Busch going into a turn
2. Have Carson wreck Kyle
3. Let Carson see what happens when you piss off *ROWDY BUSCH*
Nascar trucks is a bunch of rich kids and xfinity is going the same way.. this fanbase is in denial about the declining level of talent in nascar
Most young kids I know in racing have limited interest in nascar and are more interested in other forms of oval racing, I think you are right
@NickGreene-dq7ku I notice the same thing, granted i live in a heavy dirt track area, but even if they were interested in stock car racing they can’t afford to get involved.
No doubt. NASCAR promoter’s said it themselves that you can have all the talent in the world, but if you’re not marketable with money. There’s no chance.
@@CaseySpecoli NASCAR itself has been an embarrassment with this current management and the previous one
