If NASCAR wants to be fully electric so bad, do what WEC does

Nascar has a bad history of making horrible decisions since Dale Earnhardt died, and the sport in my eyes died with him. The stage racing garbage, the Chase garbage, charters garbage. I believe car owners started charging WAAY too much for advertising, I mean look at how much they pay drivers, and then you know that Rick, Joe, Richard and others have earned far more. They need to cut back and have caps. Like driver wage cap. And then a cap for the % the owners keep after overhead and payroll. Limiting this will promote way more advertising revenue for both Nascar and teams. After it becomes profitable enough then maybe take a look at raising the cap due to advertising competition. Which is exactly how it was in the 90s. There obviously still needs to be a spending cap to prevent one team dominating other teams.. also would allow for new teams to be created a lot easier. Charters just need to end as well as go back to the old style format when Dale was still alive. I guarantee you if he would’ve passed away and was still alive there’s no way he would have let Nascar get to the point it’s at now….
