NASCAR needs to focus on lengthening pit stops..look at what V8 super cars does and look at lower NASCAR series. NASCAR runs too many tire sets for the weekend. Lots of passing because of the strategy choices to make. Option tires aren’t needed..just good tires.
Look at it like a court case. If there’s reasonable doubt, then you can’t prove guilt. And despite it being bad driving in Lajoie’s case, it’s possible it wasn’t intentional, which is why there’s no penalty.
I’d get that Corey argument if he was directly behind Kyle. He wasn’t. He turned right into Busch in the lift zone for a left hander. That’s clear cut an intentional wreck.
Busch is overdue for some good luck, but given Corey’s take and the apparent sudden change in the momentum of the two cars, it is probably just racing — perhaps too aggressive, perhaps not, but hindsight is 20-20…
For Out of the Crowd: It hasn’t been confirmed, but Richmond (the first race after the Paris 2024 Olympic Games) will most likely be the race when Leigh Diffey takes over the Cup Series booth. It was confirmed that this past weekend’s IndyCar doubleheader at Iowa will be his final IndyCar call. Meaning that this weekend’s Brickyard 400 will be Rick Allen’s final Cup Series call before going to the Xfinity Series.
I don’t see Kyle lose momentum at all when he hits the chip. I’m not buying what Corey is selling. Sounds to me that Corey is confirming his own bias toward the incident. Smh
Carson Hocevar spun Harrison Burton under a yellow flag find 25,000 thousand, Corey Lajoie spun Kyle Busch under a green flag and causing a multiple car wreck but no fine, no penalty. WTF Nascar that was a bullshit call and you know it.

NASCAR Busts: Corey Lajoie
Exaclty
He hasn’t won since Bowman Gray 2012 in the K&N Pro Series.
@@Crussell04he won in the modified at martinsville last year didn’t he? But I agree he sucks an idk why he had a ride in any series
Kyle bush is probably gonna take his ride at end next season
@@Staysick17 which ride
Lajoie has been so mediocre his entire career
Mediocre at best
Mediocre is being very generous.
Next year will be prob his most career defining
Lajoie should just move down to the CTS and drive the #7 Spire Truck full time.
It’s sad but true
W vids man! You should do an updated video where you rank every track that the nascar cup series went to and are going to this year!!!
Caution Almond Joy
Option tires hopefully will make Richmond more interesting
Yeah we need some big changes to make Richmond exciting

Tbf Richmond is always interesting with the strategies. The last Richmond race was ruined because nascar threw a bs caution and ruined all strategy.
Corey should be penalized. the turned Busch, Busch was facing backwards to the wall, and there was oncoming traffic. Also it’s Pocono raceway!
Intent is hard to prove. It’s a ball/strike call NASCAR doesn’t have to make.

It’s kinda weird seeing Busch act respectable in these post race interviews after running so bad
He’s been doing that since he joined RCR, But yea it’s still weird seeing him so chill.
I agree. It seems like he’s really over RCR and waiting to get out of there when his contract is up XD
He’s at the point in the season where nothing phased him lol
The radio does not lie! Nuff said!

I’m not sure if he did it on purpose but Kyle didn’t move at all it was all Corey’s fault 100%
He could just be THAT bad of a driver. He’s been trash for three or four months straight, even for his standards. Absolutely fallen apart.

NASCAR being nascar not penalizing Lajoe for intentionally wrecking Busch in front of half the field taking out multiple cars
When have they???
LaJoie is going to be stacking job applications & resumes if he keeps it up.
Option tires…
WELCOME TO FORMULANASCAR!

I think your right.

@@TeamAbramsthat great if you ignore SMT exists.
It’s hard to trust drivers to tell the truth about wrecks they cause.
Did LaJoie not know what he was thinking? Why did he need to see visual proof when he knows, one way or the other, what he was thinking.
Corey Lajoie is the only full time cup driver with no wins in any of the top 3 series. Think about that
Really makes you question how he got to this position in the first place.
Even when Rodney comes aboard, Corey’s careen ain’t going nowhere but out of cup
