What are your thoughts on Hailie Deegan splitting with AM Racing?
Brett Moffitt should’ve never been replaced
She’s a terrible race car driver……
Joey provided enough information for us to evaluate the situation.
Bubba is the Austil Hill of the cup series.
I though the 15 team split with Deagon isn’t that right couldn’t afford to fix her wreaked cars
She was set up to fail with AM Racing. Sure, AM Racing has a technical alliance with SHR, but what does that really provide for her? She really needed to go to a team where she would have had an experienced teammate that could help guide her along. I can’t argue with Kevin on the TRD program, we’ve all seen what they’ve churned out.
Sad part was she was supposed to have an experienced teammate (Brett Moffit) until they couldn’t find a sponsor for both cars.
She’s just not talented enough to compete at the higher levels of nascar! It’s ok to say that you know, right?!
Mombo. What!!!
Harvick is not wrong.
With AM Racing having a technical alliance with SHR. Probably wasn’t the best move for them because SHR is struggling. So naturally they are not going to have good equipment to give for AM racing. If they themselves can’t stay competitive but also leaving the TRD was also a bad idea
Welcome to last week.
She is my favorite nascar driver besides bubba, and not watching xfinity for a bit now.
She got FIRED!
Fact
Not convinced Bubba can get it done consistently – 2 wins in 7 years won’t win championships. Signing Tyler Reddick may be his biggest challenge. No evidence Hailie has the talent.
Hailie Deegan is as competitive as the Dillon brothers … She supposedly has all these sponsors backing her & yet she cant seem to feild an Xfinity/NASCAR ride .. I currently don’t see any NASCAR team owners desperate enough to waste that kind of money, regardless of the media attention they may get. She should seriously start from scratch with Toyota,
The part kevin harvick left out of his little speech about why she left Toyota in the first place was because there was no room in Toyota to move up atleast for ford there was room to grow and let’s face it the team she was at was no Penske or roush
Hailie gets scrutiny that a few other drivers just don’t get. Guys like Jeb Burton and Blaine Perkins just get to drive around and finish at the back of the pack every week and no one cares. Perkins was a whole 2 points ahead of Deegan after her last race and he’s been at it for 4 years, 62 races and has a single top ten. So to hear things like “She’ll never get another shot.” is absolutely wild to me. She raced 18 races. Josh Berry brought her car into 27th last week both he and the pit crew performed dreadfully and no one said a thing about it.
Someone should tell Mr. best friend Mamba Smith that Bubba has never won an Xfinity race…
Hailie started her rookie year behind the 8 ball, covid year. She had nearly no on track practice first couple yrs. With AM she didn’t have any help with questionable equipment. Yes she had a lot of dnfs but if you look at em closely there a handful of equipment failures, caught in someone else’s incident on track, some really bad luck in others(spotter goofs?) and she did make a few mistakes in others. She also didn’t have any veteran driver help or a teammate to work with.
Always thought Kevin was jerk I guess that was when he was a driver seems like a good guy in general.
The attitude Harvick recommended is easier said than done. It’s honestly more of a maturity thing that comes with age. Who doesn’t remember thinking they had it all figured out in their 20s and early 30s. Age tends to define maturity in many different ways.
