James is like a politician. So many people said not to sell the Countach so he’s decided not to sell it even though the reason he stated for wanting to sell it made perfect sense. The car does nothing for the channel but selling it would get everything he wanted to get done on the house done and would make a world of difference for the channel with an amazing Batcave finished.
@@whaaa507 But it’s still a car that he himself said he drives 10 times a year so really it does nothing to help the youtube channel.
You might think the Indy car on the wall is dumb but I think it would be cool to walk by daily. Same with the Batcave that he talked about for over a year as something that would be so cool. You said his garage is already GTA style looking but he has to move cars out to get to some cars when he has a Batcave that would make it even more GTA looking with cool lights. And by finishing that he could have space between cars in the main garage and he’d never have to move a car out to drive a car.
You said his house is a money pit for a better word but here is the thing about that. If the house isn’t finished it is worth way less than if he finishes the house.
I agree with you man! Driving a car that expensive in public surely is something very serious. I remember once when I drove a 720s and I knew I would be fine but the fear of someone hitting me was so high
Strad. That windshield tint is super important to preserving that cars dashboard and interior. If you care about preserving that art piece of a car, I would retint that windshield with clear ceramic film.
As i was watching him remove that, i was like “huh somehow this feels wrong, i don’t know why but it’s probably bad that he removes this”. Came to the comments to see WHY it’s bad, and your reason sounds very convincing…
i 100% agree with the either a clear or 70% ceremic windshield tint. not only will it preserve the dash you also get the added benifit of no glare from the sun or headlights and overall cut down on the heat inside the car. its a worthwhile investment.
My man, I’m an insurance agent here in Utah and the number of people driving without insurance is astonishing. Can’t blame you for begin selective about when you drive the Koenigsegg!
It was blue tint on the front window, because it’s a solar wrap. It saves your from UV and interior doesn’t get so hot while being in the sun and it’s more comfortable for your eyes to see through it when it’s sunny. So no reason to peal it off…

James is one of the best car YouTubers he has been here since the start
100% the best, I’ve been watching him for 5-6 years and he never dissapoints!
The Koenigsegg will always be a beautiful statement in your garage! Great choice of hypercar!
And it will allwaxs stay there because they dont work lol
The lotus is coming together extremely well, and good luck with the Koenigsegg I could never trust myself with a car that expensive
Who else is super excited to see the finished Batcave?
Yeah…I hope it’s “dark mode” of Manny Koshbins
yep, just as I used to get so excited to see the house being slowly completed when it was still under construction
Yea I am
I’m more excited to see Sofia again.
me
amazing seeing the kill switch on the Agera, I didnt knew about that
Leaving the top off while going into a store is wild
I’m sure he didn’t take long plus not much could happen
The tint inside your windshield probably had a UV protection on it to help protect your interior from the Sun
Yeah that was protecting your car

@@whaaa507the countach is kinda boring and slow honestly. All it does is look cool.

Yeah well, it’s a supercar, not for everyone.

That’s a superb observation. Great work.

But it sits in a garage 99% of the time.

plus, almost everyone would be under insured to cover the car. Unless they had a million dollar umbrella

My dog just died today, but Strad just makes the day better. Thx for helping me through the rough times.
So sorry to hear that man. That sucks. Things pass and get easier with time. Hang in there man.
@@semperumbra10 thx bro
I am so very sorry for your loss my friend
Sorry to hear this. Best wishes and strength from the U.K
Windshield tint was likely Llamar air80, very common for windshields. Slightly blue but almost invisible, Does an incredibly heat and UV blocking.
Keep the Countach, it’s an asset and a cool car to own. It’s the most iconic Lamborghini and that’s your thing.
You have a lift now , you can put the exhaust, it is actually really fun seeing you work on your car, big fan
