This has nothing to do with the brickyard, this is all on nascar’s end and i think they should adress the “mistake” they made
They didn’t make a mistake though..
@@deliriouswhome1yes they did. Where was the caution for the car not moving on the backstretch before the white flag??? Tell me why nascar didnt put the yellow
@@missioufojet no they didn’t , that’s was the perfect call in that situation..
First off the first car was wel, off the track, in no danger of getting hit..
Secondly They allowed preece , time to get his car going , they have to do that
Third and final reason, fuel.
Restacking probably equals multiple drivers running out, possibly even causing another wreak..
Alot drivers were very low on fuel..
NASCAR made the correct call..
@@deliriouswhome1 no mistake my tush, they let Larson jump the restart when Blaney was the control car when Brad K ran out of gas.
Then they waited to throw the caution for 20-30 seconds when Preece’s flat tires got him stuck. And the “let him see if it roll” excuse is bs. Because a car with flat tires limping along at 15-50 MPH throwing debris as tires come apart is so safe versus a stationary car.
And for NBC to force a crown jewel race’s ending to USA channel for local news.
@@missioufojet good enough explanation for you?
When KL was working his way to the front that was exciting racing.
The overtime ending was boring.
He was like a hot knife through butta, with 31 laps to go he was 25th.
Blame Kyle Busch
What bullshit NASCAR!!! You let them stop the coverage for local news!?! NBC start doing that for football if you are going to start it with NASCAR!!! This is the second time since you took over! You SUCK!
Had to come here to see who won. They never did switch it on USA channel
Kinda late throwing that caution nascar
They couldn’t, the guy who runs Nascar, (Rick Hendrick) said no.
I’m pretty sure it was because they wanted to give the guy a chance to refire but he couldn’t move so they called it before the 5 got to the straight away where the spun out car was.
Kyle was first so no no
@@papi_cris they have give ryan a chance to get car moving .. it’s end of his day if they hook it to a wrecker..
@@papi_cris If Larson was second, they would have thrown the caution as soon as the car got sideways. It always favors Hendrick. Especially in Crown Jewell races.
I watched the whole race only to have you switch it to USA at the end and I have to come here to see the finish. Such BS
me too man
Same here, just to see that bs call at the end
I figured out the NASCAR app has the radio and helicopter shots so it made up for it.
Came in clutch
NBC sucks
Same man
Don’t get me wrong I’m a yung money fan but NO race should ever end in this manner!!! Total BS!! Just my opinion
@@jeffjackson482 maybe but NASCAR made the correct call..
There was really no reason to throw the caution until they knew Ryan couldnt move his car..
@@jeffjackson482 people forget they hook Ryan car up to the wreaked, that’s the probably the end of the day for him..
Everyone was also close to being outta gas. Restacking the field would be an extra 3 laps. Most couldn’t make it that far, plus the caution lapf.
What manner, the best car and driver won
Larson bad@$$
@@davehanson455literally that is not what happened
That’s just some poor officiating there
Hate stage points.
Having a car that is unable to move because of a flat tire is RIDICULOUS.
Doesn’t feel like stock car racing
Ya no coincidence that they let it hit the white flag their golden boy Larson was out front so ok Larsons in the lead screw it let the white flag come out then throw the caution what a Joke if Elliott or anybody else was leading that would have been the quickest yellow flag in history…
The cars will have a lift system installed in a few weeks that will hopefully remedy this issue. NASCAR is aware and trying to fix it.
@@jameszeigler9353they thought he was gonna get back going, if it was any other driver you would’ve been mad they threw it early.
So sad that NBC had to change the channel at the end of the race. They would’ve done that with other sports. And to see it was for an animal show. I DON’T UNDERSTAND THAT DECISION.
remember that Fox and nbc will for the most part show other sports before NASCAR.
Looks like it will be TNT’s time to shine next year for the Brickyard.
I don’t wanna be that person that keeps complaining but for Christ sakes can we pick a channel to watch the race on? Or better yet have our own platform like the NFL?
Not going to happen, NASCAR chases after every single dollar and gives zero about its fan base.
@Oregun yup, that’s what we have this hideous playoff fornat.
NASCAR messed up that ending, the yellow should have came out a long time ago so it’ll be another restart, not give the race away to Lawson
A same situation happened in the 2023 Pocono race were on the final lap Hamlin was leading and then pre-spawn out because he had a flat tire and he was trying to fire his car and he couldn’t fire his car
It should have but this time I kind of agree with NASCAR. I think 1/3 of the field was already taken out The broadcast switched to a different network towards the end People running out of gas It was a shirt show and It needed to end
bad on NBC i record the race and missed the last 2 laps.. shame on NBC’
I DVR because I can’t stand commercials & start a bit into the race & skip commercials BUT HELL NO!!!!! MISSED OVERTIME LAPS!!!! YALL SUCK!!!
They just handed the win to golden boy it’s not like anything was “missed”
Same, then it wasn’t even available to stream on Peacock. I thought for sure all races were. But you can barely even find any NASCAR content on Peacock. What gives?
This is Bullshit! No wonder NASCAR is losing more and more fans every year. Need to have TV contracts stipulate NO NETWORK CHANNEL SWITCHES!!!!
Same. This is garbage
So Unlucky “AGAIN” for Joey Logano…
First nascar cup race and my favorite driver won and I even got him to sign a car!!!!!!!
Great job Kyle!!!!
Whoop dee friggin’ doo!
It’s getting pretty old, they switch to USA far to often.
I changed to USA and didn’t see any mention of the race!
I think most fans like to see the race finish under green. You could have waived the yellow before the last lap.
Whichever channel you choose to broadcast should avail you the opportunity to show the whole race.
Switched channels, that’s just great I was recording it so after work I could watch it. Now I don’t have the ending. Really nice.
Any of us could see Preece was not getting that car rolling while the cars were still coming around turn 4
