I think if you’re going to be mad at someone, it should be Brad, like actually what was he thinking staying out, the crew chief even said they weren’t going to make it. It’s just a big error on the 6 team.

Brad won the Brickyard 400…Just couldn’t finish the OT

@dbproductreviews6319 July 22, 2024 at 1:04 pm

Why be mad at Brad though? Just because he decided to stay out and run tough to fight as long as he could. His fuel savings was extraordinary.

Reply
@BrickStadiums July 22, 2024 at 2:28 pm

@@dbproductreviews6319yeah, but everyone knew he couldn’t make it, even his crew chief knew, so after staying on the track and potentially holding up the 12, the respectable move is to pit so you don’t screw over a fellow Ford.

No ford was going to win this race, but I would have loved to see how long the 6 was able to keep pace, Blaney wasn’t fast he couldn’t get by the 6 and 45 passed him Kyle Busch accuses others for wrecking him who will he blame for intentionally wrecking himself.

Larson had him covered going into 1, no matter what

@craigcannon4160 July 22, 2024 at 2:35 am

You should have choose the bottom in the beginning.

Reply
@CHOUT86 July 22, 2024 at 1:10 pm

Think to yourself: Why would you want to start in the second row directly behind a car that may run out of gas as soon as you go green. If you’re second you take the outside line. He was supposed to be the control car after Brad dipped to the pits, and Larson jumped the start, causing him to be leading when the 2nd overtime caution came out. Larson should have been moved to the back of the pack for the restart and Blaney given lane choice as the correct leader. It is what it is though, I’ll take 3rd. Blaney has been on a tear lately

So glad I made it to this race sad to see me favorite driver get third in the last few laps though

Reply
@dennykruger5391 July 22, 2024 at 3:05 am

Blaney was in a good spot and the end was going to be epic but KB ruined it. Also, because Brad went to pit road Blaney was the control car which meant that Larson jumped the start.

@usa1camaro377 July 22, 2024 at 3:34 am

He wouldn’t be complaining if he would have picked the inside lane.

Change the rule so that next time something similar happens to this effect it’ll take 5 or 6 pace laps for re-choose because there will be cars constantly running out of fuel going to green/white/checkers to make it be a even bigger shitshow than what it already is. Either leave it alone or go back to single file restarts on the outside and lappers to the back***

Reply
@duaneemery8684 July 22, 2024 at 3:36 am

It wasn’t that restart with Larson, it was the pile up and turn one did forced a restart. With Blaney low on gas he was a sitting duck.

Reply
@DemonAlcohol-j4h July 22, 2024 at 7:10 am

That rule is BS. Blaney should have been the winner. Under caution NASCAR moved Larson to the lead.

Reply
@rauljuarez2062 July 22, 2024 at 2:34 pm

It’s just dumb luck how he said. If the 6 runs out of fuel after the restart that whole inside lane is going to deal with that. He chose the outside thinking the 6 would run out after the restart and it didn’t happen like that. Just bad luck nothing else
