As the Champion because he is the best driver in all stats (Wins, laps led, stage wins and the regular season championship as of this week)

Compared to how awesome the Xfinity race finished, the Cup race felt like amateur hour at the end. The TV coverage jumping around certainly didn’t help. Either way, the races need to be on the oval. Felt way more prestigious.

Happy for Kyle…frustrated with NASCAR. Think he would have won in any case. He passed so many cars. Truly can do anything on wheels.

Nice win Kyle.. Great strategy.

If your new to Nascar then you don’t understand why the yellow wasn’t thrown. But if your a vet you might understand that they needed the field to finish. How many cars ran out of gas on the cool down? about 10 cars. How many points would have been lost. A bunch. That would have been even more controversial.

Thank you someone with some sense and if preese had got going and they throw it would of been Nascar phantom caution to bunch the field up and make a restart and half the field gets tore up I can hear it now

@righteous247 July 23, 2024 at 12:07 am

There was no stopping him. The questionable restart is the smallest factor in his victory. Looking forward to ringing the bell for this one at HMS

Yep, he was the fastest car out there and deserved the win. He has been robbed of several wins, this was a little justice served.

I Called it.. I said running the entire month of may with the Indy 500 would pay dividends for Larson in the Brickyard 400. The last run was some of the best driving in a stock car at Indy I have ever witnessed. He was in the zone, in the moment, in the groove. However you want to describe it.Yung Money killed it! This will become a legendary clip like Dale Sr winning at Talladega. This proves Larson is the next great one and will carry the sport for the next decade.

Don’t think Cliff Daniels gets enough credit as a crew chief. His strategy is usually spot on. Good job Cliff.

@SeventyGTX July 23, 2024 at 2:51 pm

Everyone had doubts about him when he was Johnsons crew chief. Now it’s a fact he is a great one. Johnson is just not the same without Chad Knaus.
