society desperately needs spire to buyout kyle busch from RCR… busch and rodney childers pairing would cook unbelievably hard

Maybe not at 1st but once they gel they could win if he goes to Spire.

I want him to go to spire so bad, Him and Rodney would be true playoff contenders. If spire wants to succeed, If they want to stay long term, The grizzled up veteran is the way to go.

Kyle said himself the Childress cars were good just last year, but things change quick and they didn’t keep up.

I’m not too worried about Kyle Busch’s injury. Not gonna lie, I’m a little optimistic

The last time a driver had a minor injury and they could still drive the car was Chase Briscoe last season and he rattled of three or four top 5s in a row. Last time Kyle Busch was majorly injured was 2015 and we all know what happened that season

Reply
@blairdecker3735 July 26, 2024 at 9:08 pm

Yeah nascar handed him the championship

Reply
@Farkle_8000 July 26, 2024 at 9:44 pm

@@blairdecker3735 He also won 5 races, almost going four in a row; which is more of what I was referring to

@Glitchunlocked July 26, 2024 at 10:23 pm

2015 was also 9 years ago. Busch has aged quite a bit since then, it’s going to be harder to come back from an injury… though I suspect this isn’t that serious and he probably just sprained it.

@tonycornett5140 July 27, 2024 at 4:43 am

yea nascar made sure he won the championship go figure

Have we considered KB and Spire could have been in talks before Lajoie hooked him, causing the out-of-character hook.

@claychamlee884 July 26, 2024 at 7:58 pm

I believe that also!

Reply
@UtahHockeyFan-mz7fd July 26, 2024 at 10:00 pm

The hook came because Kyle threw a kamikaze block and Lajoie was mad about it. As simple as that.

LaJoie hooked Busch because he ran out of talent. It would be funny if KB is a silent partner with spire and the ultimate payback to LaJoie was his walking papers.

@Dylanmeier178 July 26, 2024 at 7:39 pm

Well i think busch to spire makes pretty good sense in a way, like if you look at it who bought KBM spire did and think about son coming up through the ranks busch has expressed that he wants to race in the truck series spire has a truck series team you also have to look that rcr has austin hill maybe possibly giving him a look in the cup series I’m not sure, but there’s a few things to definitely look at!!

Kyle Busch is driving like Ty Gibbs, both usually doing pretty okay but destroying their finishes because they’re upset about something

@casey6518 July 26, 2024 at 8:48 pm

Uhhh Kyle Busch to the Spire 7, Austin Hill moves up from the Xfinity RCR 21 & into Cup RCR 8. I see Kyle Busch joining the ownership group of Spire Motorsports like Brad Keselowski did at Roush-Fenway to make RFK Racing, look how Brad has turned that team around since becoming a part owner. After all Kyle did sell KBM to Spire last year for some reason because Kyle had previously stated he wanted to finish his driving career running truck races with his son Brexton. This would also be the avenue for Kyle to remain active in the sport after he retires from driving just like Denny Hamlin’s plan for 23XI, to finish his driving career for 23XI or Brad K with RFK!

Reply
@Skyvernius July 26, 2024 at 11:49 pm

This is what makes since to me Spire calls RCR offers to buyout Kyle’s remaining year with the notion that Richard will be creating space to bring Hill up to the cup series like I believe he wants to do anyways. I also don’t think it will be entirely hard to convince Richard on it since of all the wrecked cars Busch has had over this season(some he caused/some he didn’t) and they are obviously becoming at odds with each other (Busch and Childress).

Reply
@casey6518 July 27, 2024 at 12:20 am

@@Skyvernius True, I stated the same yesterday in Eric’s video. It’s strange Kyle would sell his truck team since he was planning for his son to drive as soon as his age allowed. I kinda think Kyle had something in the works when he sold KBM if it was actually sold 100% or it was just announced he sold it. Spire is in the old KBM shops now. Yeah, don’t think it would be too hard to convince Richard to let Kyle out of his contract with some $ since they weren’t able to buy a 3rd charter for Austin Hill next year. It will be either 2026 before Hill can move unless Kyle leaves, Austin Dillion has already said he was gonna drive at least 2 more years.

Reply
@toddmanger7194 July 27, 2024 at 1:32 am

Spire could make it happen because they got plenty of money seems like. Add onto your comment, who would get the 21 if Austin Hill were to move up? I don’t know why but I appreciate the xfinity rides more than cup.

Reply
@Skyvernius July 27, 2024 at 1:36 am

@@casey6518 Yeah Kyle seems most logical to me. After Kyle the only one I can think of that would be high on the list would maybe be Spire buying out Zane’s contract from Trackhouse since everyone already assumes SVG is going in the 3rd car there and Saurez and Ross dont seem to be going anywhere as well. That’s my only other logical thought process on who could fill the 7 seat right now.

Reply
@casey6518 July 27, 2024 at 2:05 am

@@Skyvernius True but some rumors say there’s a chance Zane may go run the Kaulig 16 since they have a technical alliance with Trackhouse too. But there’s still that connection of Kyle selling his truck team to Spire last year out of the blue! I’m thinking Kyle was maybe thinking long term like Brad K & Denny H were having ownership in a team for after their driving careers are over! Kyle has Brexton future career path on his mind.
