The more I watch the replay the more I notice that Denny actually came way up the track thinking he was clear of the 3 and ended up wrecking himself

Logano wasn’t going fast enough to win the race. If he would’ve been, he wouldn’t have been in the way. Hamlin wasn’t clear to move up the track. Austin didn’t change his line, he was pointed at the finish line. Hamlin tried to pull “the Denny” and it didn’t work.
Dillon punted Logano. The Hamlin thing I can see there being too much grey area. Doesn’t dispel the fact that Dillon is disgracing the 3 car. To anyone comparing it to Dale and Terry, Dale moved Terry. In his own words, Terry said he stayed in it not knowing what would happen. It’s visually subtle, but a chasm of difference between Dale/Terry and Dillon/Logano.
He uses Logano as his brakes.
