Do you think Kyle Larson is a better all-around driver than Max Verstappen?
Without a doubt!!!
My pick christopher bell ended up 35th at Michigan but I predict that he’ll win at daytona this weekend
Yes, it would be easy to find out on iRacing…
@@EJC864this, Max shows off in other types of cars in sim and is praised as one of the fastest adapting drivers to ever get into F1. I’m not saying he would straight out lose but people underestimate his ability to drive something other than a Formula car. iRacing seems like a nice place for them to have a friendly face off.
@TheRealStoku
I know he’s on there a lot…
Don’t get me wrong, I watch f1 too.
Is Kyle Larson allowed back on there?
Jk…
Verstappen must make A LOT of mistakes to keep up with Larson
Kevin is correct.
Verstappen is a specialist in one class.
Larson is a specialist in multiple classes.
Bring back IROC and let Larson prove it.
And all those “multiple classes” are in ‘murican deep south lol
@@zt5547 He’s winning on road courses and ovals whether dirt or asphalt. And he’s doing it in many different cars at the highest competitive level for those cars.
@@LOOKBEHINDYOUN0W
Most dirt racing is in the Midwest?
@@LOOKBEHINDYOUN0W His wins on road courses are mainly against other oval racers though. Same for Kyle Busch, he ran the Rolex 24 in a GT3 a few years ago and was mid pack at best and getting carried by his teammates. Same for Larson and McMurray when they won that race in 2015, they were getting carried by Dixon and Kanaan. Likewise, open wheel drivers have struggled in NASCAR whether they come from F1 (Montoya, Raikkonen) or IndyCar (Franchitti, Hornish, Danica). The driving style for oval racing is just totally different and not comparable to what road racers do.
@@TeamAbrams just say it then….. IN Europe the F-1 drivers would do well .. in the USA drivers like Larson would absolutely dominate on ovals in DIRT RACING , OUTLAW SPRINT CARS, LATE MODELS , MIDGETS , SILVER CROWN, ECT AND LARSON DOES JUST THAT…! NOT HARD TO PROVE…!
Remember IROC?
I member
Yes, Steve Kinser, who is still the greatest Sprint Car driver of all time, could not compete too well in IROC.

Dude shut up
Shut up
Did Mario Andretti run F1 before Indy?
No
Mario Andretti is Italian btw. He taken the US citizenship only after some years.
Jimmy Clarck, Formula One World Champion, came to Indy and had to compete as a rookie, he then entered the race and won by OVER TWO MINUTES., Kyle is six years older than Max. He didn’t even win a Chili Bowl until he was 27; first Knoxville Nationals at age 29. Kyle’s most glamorous wins and championships have been in the last six years. Max started winning Formula One Championships at age 24. If Max had Kyle’s experience, Max would easily win. Compared to Yung Money, Max is just getting started. Honestly, I am a huge fan of Kyle Larson. I love World of Outlaws. But turning right and left in the rain, at 200 plus MPH, is beyond comparison.
Exactly, and to compete in a class that has such a high g-force from turning, brake and accelerating which Larson has not experienced.
@@darwinwallace77 what are you smoking? Larson has in fact experienced that.
Who’s that?
Run a nascar class at the twenty four hours of daytona
Verstappen is not the best comparison, at least on the sim he drives a lot of different stuff and he is one of the best GT3 endurance drivers on iRacing in addition to being the best in a real F1 car. On ovals, yeah Larson would most likely be better, but not in a road car. The only similarities between what Verstappen drives and what Larson drives are that they both have engines and 4 wheels, that’s about it. Completely different driving styles required for both types of racing.
Well, if he’s the best in iRacing he must be the best in a real car on real tracks.
Kyle won the 24 hours in Daytona, yes it was a team effort, but he’s credited for the win.
Lake Speed spanked Senna to win the 1978 FIA World Karting Champion.
I’ve been saying this for a while that we need a multi-genre race to see who’s who.
Why carting though? That’s very weight dependent. We need more road course and dirt rallycross.
Maybe not better in that particular class but as of now larson is the best pick to do well in anything he tries.
You people haven’t the faintest idea of what you are talking about. Respect to Larsen but mostly NASCARs only turn left. When they get on a street circuit you get beat by a guy from New Zealand! Every type of racing has its own challenges and you can’t compare.
Apparently nonsense is endless
Shocking comment & click bait.
And utter nonsense.
I enjoy Nascar, and don’t even rate Verstappen that highly, but these sorts of claims and fake comparisons are just ridiculous and a waste of breath.
It demeans the commentators.
I’m not a Max fan, but the dude is so good. I think he could learn very quickly and do well with the other cars Kyle drives. Not saying he’s better, but I think he would do better than most think.
