I personally think driving into two cars to wreck yourself to a win was the most aggregious part. Words are words, but yanking the wheel to the left is the reason why all this is going on
Hey, Be very careful talking about someone giving The Lord thanks, just saying there is no one perfect. Hope you know Jesus as your Lord and Savior. For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son that whosoever beleiveth in him should not perish but have everlasting life.
To me, the line is; if you’re faster than the car in front of you, and you’re “hounding them,” then the “bump and run” is okay. But if the car in front is faster, and you “dive bomb,” then that crosses the line. It’s not that hard to define.
So dive bombing should be regulated… And that move should cost someone a change at the championship, even though NASCAR declared them the winner.
How is this different than driver coming off turn 4 and running someone into the wall for a win..
@@deliriouswhome1intentionally running someone into the wall at full throttle should be penalised, that definitely would cross a line. Although it’s “better” than right hooking someone for the win, it’s still awful
@@deliriouswhome1 rubbin’s racing when you are passing or being passed, we don’t need a Carson Hocevar stay out on old tires and wreck the leader for a spot in the playoffs. If he wins on speed, like the 3 was going to do before the caution, then a different story. Just don’t want the sport to become WWE.
@@milogunther5024 I can easily argue , the move wasn’t intentionally to make joey hit the wall, but to move him up the track..
Can you do that , under the example I gave , when someone is deliberately ran up the track? Your missing my point.
NASCAR should make the Win Your In available AFTER the playoffs start to avoid this from happening again. Validate the top 12 who have earned their way to the playoffs and not to someone who has nothing to lose and nothing to prove.
I really don’t see why there is any conversation on this issue, except the fact it took too long to call, the call should have been made sooner. Football had to go to “instant replay” but NASCAR has either Fox or NBC with multiple camera angles, make that call then and there. It was not a “racing accident” it was a deliberate move, Lagano the win Hamlin 2nd, Dillon last place on the lead lap. That’s my opinion.
If this gets overturned, it will send a message that all drivers can just punt cars out of the way on the last lap to win and, more importantly, the championship. Sounds crazy right? No it won’t get overturned
Why not? They seem to allow Logano and Hamlin to do it whenever they want. Note: Logano fills in as an analyst part time and Hamlin for some stupid reason is becoming an ambassador for Nascar? Seems fishy
Dillon should NOT get his penalty reduced. The move he made was an obvious, I’m crashing them to win, no matter what happens action. His spotter should still be suspended for three if not more races. Encouraging Dillon to crash another competitor is simply the worst case of unsportsman like behavior. RCR continuing to state that they don’t agree with the penalty is a real turn off and I now consider RCR an unprofessional organization that has lost ALL my respect. NASCAR MUST be able to do as you suggest – final word, immediately on penalties.

You know it’s a good day when Double E double uploads.
i wouldn’t have shortened the suspension for the spotter. that was, in my opinion, the most egregious part of the misconduct from the 3 team

They just did and it’s reduced to a 1 race suspension according to Bob Pockrass
Next RCR will appeal to the super final appeal officer…

You are correct sir. If you’re EYES work, you know what happened.

You have cursed us all, Austin Cindric is gonna take that personally
Don’t worry, Ryan Preece will cause a caution with 5 to go and make things right.
Eric riding a bicycle is so goofy I love it lmao.
I think he missed leg days working out.
Congratulations Eric; you just guaranteed the 2 to go on a ridiculous run out of spite!

Go back to a full season championship and watch them settle down

Making someone loose complete control of their car is the line to me.
