@melissaclark4912 He only moved him up the race track. Textbook move at Martinsville. Here Dillon sent from 4 car lengths back and just flat out dumped him he wasn’t even gonna make the corner. Then he hooks Hamlin on top of that. That’s probably why they penalized him. The Logano one was borderline but the Hamlin was where the line was crossed

They didn’t. The term “penalty upheld” means that Austin Dillon’s team tried to remove/appeal to penalty but it wasn’t successful
