This was not expected my book for Hamlin’s penalty
Denny Hamlin is allergic to winning any championship
Almost as allergic as Nascars fanbase is to understanding what racing is. Denny is better at driving a car than several Nascar champions but sure lets harp on the meaningless playoff championship. It did so much for Blaney… Denny is a driver pos Nascar and its drunk fanbase dont deserve. Larson is leaving soon too and Busch and Denny retire soon…. woo wee Nascar is gonna die.
@@zumptt where Yung Money going INDY Car
@@zumpttand even under the old system Denny never came close to. He’s a Mark Martin just not as nice or chill as mark .
Allergic? Is that whatever calling choking nowadays. Hamlin is his worst enemy.
Joe Gibbs’s engine department has been a disgrace this year
Gibb’s doesn’t build the engines, TRD of Costa Mesa California does… Blame goes to Toyota.
@@T.N.D.88 TRD*
Maybe if denny wasn’t a scumbag I’d feel bad for him
That penalty shouldn’t be for 10 playoff points. Denny Hamlin not the team had anything to do with it! Why the hell does this come out 5 months AFTER the race?!
Yeah I could see owners point penalty but driver points doesn’t seem right
How is this a question? Did you not pay attention to the reason for the penalty whatsoever?
@@JamesJozefbut it wasn’t the teams fault, it was TRD’s fault, JGR just has to deal with the consequences when it’s not their fault
@@timezero7443JGR is responsible for not letting the engine inspection proceed sending it out to California, it’s still up to JGR to ensure they abide by the rules and TRD likely wasn’t in the loop with the status of that engine.
here i am on a random thursday afternoon… and i just fell to my knees in the middle of walmart…
my jaw dropped too
Lol
Man so bummed
It’s Pocono 2022 all over again
If Hamlin misses the Championship 4 by 10 points and dominates Phoenix, people will look back on this penalty and say He lost the championship because of that.
I was literally thinking this same thing as soon as I heard about the penalty.
Or the fact that he just sucks@@pinetreenation7769
I get your point, but I remember Logano dominating Phoenix in 2022
I really really hope that happens lol
@@andyjennings15why such a hater of the best driver in NASCAR?
I am no fan of Denny, but it doesn’t sound like he had anything to do with that violation…..
Yeah that’s what I thought to
@@vinnybagabullets1272 Welp, that’s why they call it a team
Ya but he got whacked points and that’s the best part!
He definitely didn’t. BUT, you win as a team, you lose as a team, you get penalties as a team. This is nothing even remotely new in NASCAR.
No argument here lol
Did anyone else see that guy who fell to his knees at walmart
he falls to his knee’s when Denny tells him to.. at least he has class and zips up his pants.
Yeah he was screaming maniacally about how it’s all some guy called hendricks fault
No, seen.his mom thou….
I never thought I would see this comment on a NASCAR news video.
How do they fine Gabehart $100K when TRD took blame. I hope TRD refunds that penalty.
I would guess TRD pays it
TRD: We messed up…
NASCAR: Okay, we’ll fine the crew chief for your mistake!
Seems legit
@@toyotaecwthe crew chief is ultimately responsible for all things related to a specific team. It doesn’t mean he necessarily has to pay the fine himself, but as the position at the top of the heap for that individual team, that’s where the fine is sent for their responsibility in making sure systems are in place and things like this don’t happen. Also, third party supplier deniability is not an acceptable excuse.
Mark Cronquist used to build all their engines when they had Chevrolets
@@user-rx7ns4re9u TRD engines are Chevrolet engines.
3:47 “ if there not blowing engines there…” pause hahahaha
Just saw a guy wearing a Denny Hamlin shirt fall to his knees in the middle of Walmart

ROC- Race of Champions is where they need to settle this debate. The people that run ROC would love to have both of them.
Wish they would bring IROC back I loved watching them races be all kinds of drivers
IROC was just all around good fun.
@@juancatfish1 it’s not usually a full size car. Carl Edwards went one year and did amazing.
@@MichaelWilliams-vb6wr IROC and ROC are different. Speed use to show it every year, it was always a good showing for the US guys
Just taught a guy how to perform CPR on a guy with a Denny Hamlin t shirt in Wal-Mart that had fallen to his knees and, even though I’m a trained EMT, i didn’t feel comfortable getting near him as it smelled as if he may have also soiled himself.
NASCAR SAYS: “We don’t want to be a demolition derby.”
I say: “Then why do you insist on having those Green-White-Checker finishes.”
Some guy in aisle 6 just collapsed
Respect to Max for taking it as is and refusing to give the press the drama it wants.
Just left Walmart, but I saw a guy in a Denny Hamlin shirt fall to his knees in the middle of the store.
And you thought that was your job
Kyle Larson knows what he’s doing. He’s playing into the drama to increase the eyes on NASCAR. Good for him.
