William Byron gets his 7th career win in the Cup series
This is Byron’s 1st win at the Darlington Raceway in the Cup series
This is the 100th time the #24 has won in the Cup series
200th win for the 43 last year, 100th for the 24 this year

Pretty good racing overall today. This new generation car can deliver some great racing sometimes.
I mean Byron did have the least amount of damage out of any of the top few. Idk how chase and Kevin stayed up there with that damage lol

@James Wormsley why was Elliot,Brad,and Kevin not sent to the rear? They were invovled in the wreck yet kept their track positsions. Its corruption.
Jeff Gordon is SMILING at Byron
Don’t let Harrison Burton getting a Top 10 distract you from his other Stats before this race. He previously had 0 Top 5/Top 10’s all across the board. Consider himself lucky I suppose.
I think he did a pretty good job today. he came to one of the more skill-based tracks with a shifting issue, and he overcame that with a top 10 in a mediocre ride.
@Vibrant yeah, but Matt DiBenedetto and Ryan Blaney brought that ride into the Chase once each other in 2017 and 2020.
@Brian Griffin Family Guy Fan The team got significantly worse as soon as Penske were able to get 3 guys that they could keep for a couple of years.
Burton was actually impressive today. Gotta give him credit for today
@Vibrant I mean, Blaney and DiBenedetto about almost every weekend depending on how their race was, went and competed for wins, Harrison only had a couple of races where he did that.
Stenhouse came back to finish inside the Top 15 woooooo! Also Todd Gilliland got 11th, and William Byron gets redemption from last year!!!
A usual finishing spot for Spinhouse. I mean Wrecky Stenhouse, sorry meant…..nvm
@Pointless Edits man has gotten like 5 straight Top 15 finishes and has 1 Win 2 Top 5’s, and 4 Top 10’s this season.

Larson should have won but I won’t complain as a Byron fan. He was solidly a top 5 guy that whole race and decided not to be over-aggressive like Chastain or Truex, which helped him get the win.
I couldn’t believe I wore my #24 shirt and William Byron wins at Darlington with a throwback paint scheme! YES YES YES!!! Feel bad for Larson and Chastain, one of them could’ve won. It’s a Chevrolet win!

I’m surprised that Harrison Burton got a top 10 out of all this.
I hate how Haley gets another top 10 and no one talks about it. Burton was inside the top 15 the whole race. Haley almost went 2 freaking laps down and came back from that. My pain is immeasurable
