Gonna miss Happy Harvick. Could we see KHI as a race team again in the future but this time in the CUP Series

His win at Atlanta in 2001 will always be one of the Greatest Moments in NASCAR History.

Kevin Harvick is very deserving of an HoF title. He took over for the sports most famous driver, and won plenty of races. King of Phoenix, just hoping we get to see him win one more time at Phoenix, preferably in the fall. I don’t even care if he wins the title just another Phoenix win to end the era!

As the driver of the #29 GM Goodwrench after Dale Earnhardt’s passing, after winning in Atlanta… It was time for him to set sail…

He took over a seat at a time when NASCAR’s spirit was at it’s lowest. For that alone, never mind what else he accomplished, he should be commended. I liked that fact he was a counterpoint to the cookie cutter press friendly driver’s out there at the time, and if he ever decided to try it again, he would make a great car owner. He was good for the sport and the sport was good for him. Look forward to what he does next.

Kevin became my favorite driver when I was 11 after Dale Sr for obvious reasons, but he would have ended up being my favorite anyways. It always been fun watching his racecraft and seeing how he always gets more than 100% out his car, and then you have the entertaining part of him that all of us love.

Even though his stats are stacked, I believe he’s still one of the most underrated drivers out there, and would have had multiple Winston Cup titles.

Thanks for all the years, Kevin. I look forward to seeing what y’all do with the CARS Tour, and hopefully to seeing you in the broadcast booth.

That was shocking, but I’m proud for Harvick. That Atlanta race in 2001 will always never be forgetful. What a career he went throughout his 20+ years in NASCAR.

The end of an era. His famous victory at Atlanta along with the photo finish at Dega will always be my favourite moment of Harvick. Happy retirement.
